商品が多くて選びきれない。よくいうと選んでいる数時間とても楽しい、悪くいうと商品の説明が足りないから悩むところがある。
たまに梱包があきらかに雑。配送が雑。それでも日本語対応のサポートは個人的には最高レベル。サポートがしっかりしている間は、きっと永遠に買い物します。

An excellent site, they have all the products I need to help run my business. Shipping is quick and there are so many different options depending on when I need my goods. I have used standard postage and it's arrived within within 10 days, I've also used DHL and had the items arrive within 3 days. I would recommend them

For this to come from china to the us it only took 10 days! Everything came as i expected and i can't wait to order again. I misjudged a great of the items sizes and it would be helpful on the website with a coin comparison for size. Just check sized before you buy. All the items look great

I sell handmade goods on both Etsy and Amazon. I use their beads and charms to make ceiling fan/light pull chains, Christmas ornaments and rear view mirror hanging ornaments. I just started making items with resin and have purchased dozens of their silicone molds. I have been purchasing from PandaHall for over 7 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their product. Their customer service is excellent as they always respond quickly to any of my questions or requests. I highly recommend this Company.

Отличная обратная связь. Доброжелательное отношение к клиентам. Качественный товар. Грамотное и честное описание товара. (Жаль только что многие крупные элементы с кубическим цирконом такие например, как на фото ниже), для создания бижутерии, выпадают из ассортимента - уверена они есть на фабриках. Самое главное магазин организовал надежную и быструю доставку даже в условиях ограничений.

I cannot fault the service I receive from Penny at Pandahall. If I want to add to an order its not problem she is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I find their products are competitively priced along with a brilliant service which is fast and efficient. In addition they offer a value for money shipper for smaller orders. I have to mention that only this week Pandahall replaced a full order that was delivered in error by the post office in my country. Really impressive so thank you

Depuis près de 2 ans je n'ai jamais été déçue par ce site. Les questions sont vite pris en compte et ça répond très rapidement (souvent en 24h). Les produits sont de qualités contrairement à certaines enseignes. Les produits sont bien référencés (dimensions et les clients peuvent ajouter des photos afin de se rendre compte encore mieux du rendu final).
Il y a tout le temps des promotions, plus les bon de réductions que l'on peut trouver à droite et à gauche. Ça nous paye souvent les frais de port ou les frais de douane. Le delais est devant d'une semaine de traitement et les produits peuvent être replacés ou remboursés si des produits sont en rupture. Me concernant ensuite après c'est très rapide entre 3 à 5 jours pr la livraison.
Bref, J'ai cherchée mieux mais pas trouvé.
