This company goes above and beyond with their customer service. Whenever I need a specific type of jewelry bead they help me choose the correct one. I have been ordering from Pandahall for years now and have never experienced an issue. Shipping has always been amazingly quick and packaged properly. Pandahall is my one and only wholesaler, they have everything I need for my jewelry business.

I have received three orders from PandaHall and I have been delighted with all of them. The quality of the items is excellent and is exactly as advertised. There were a couple of items that were currently out of stock and I was given the option to deliver without the items, choose alternatives or wait. I chose alternatives and since there are so many items to choose from, I got items that were almost identical to my original choices. I was also really pleased with the packaging of the items as I was having them shipped to the UK. They were packed to expertly that hardly any packing materials were needed which keeps the delivery cost as low as possible and is better for the environment.
I will be ordering again (and again, and again...)

I've been able to get items from them that are very hard to find in the American marketplace, and since it's pretty much factory-direct, you're not dealing with a middleman. They do charge for shipping, with discounts for high-volume orders, but it is reasonable, for the speed and quality of service that you're getting. They also offer discounts based on the level of business that you've done with them, and it's a good loyalty program. It's pretty amazing, too, the incredible variety of items that they carry- everything from cording for madeup knotting, to resin molds to make your own pieces and pendants, to metal findings and chain, and literally everything in between. I have been very happy with both the quality, and the service, with their products, and would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to tinker with jewelrymaking.
