This not my first time ordering with Panash and the experience has always been very good. This time is the worst experience ever. I ordered my clothes on June 7,2023 and I have been following up. They confirmed it will be shipped within 48hrs which has not been done. Following up again and they confirmed it will be shipped bu end of this week and it has not been done yet and I am getting very worried now. I already followed up 3 times.

Panash shipped my 4 products either ahead of time or on time, to which I was incredibly pleased! Best of all, there were no surprises as the products looked like exactly like the pictures.
My only gripe is that they charge shipping per product and not overall order, but is slightly misleading in their advertising. However, since I received everything on time, I wasn't too upset.

I didn't realize the estimated shipping time was different than the estimated delivery time. The team coordinated with my need so well, shipped my customized order in less than 2 weeks! Days before estimate shipping time. The quality of clothing was amazing! Definitely gained a frequent customer!

Please add my apartment number in the address. The delivery person thankfully called me but it would have really challenging to get the parcel if I were not available to pick up the call for some reason.
