I had order clothes from india before but was not charged custom, then why was I charged custom?
Ordered a custom stitched suit and it arrived much earlier than expected. The order process was very easy as the site included photos and detail on how measurements should be taken. Fits perfectly as well. Thank you!

Bought about 6 sarees recently from Panash after reading their reviews but I have experienced so much dissatisfaction due to quality of products, bought chiffon sarees but they were low quality mixed and made of synthetic material. Their photos and descriptions are also misleading and the actual products look completely different when you receive them. On the top of that they put a wrong address and even contacting them and receiving an email that they have changed they were delivered at the address. Very disappointed! Never use them again.

Ordered outfit of worth Rs. 4200 on May 13th. After two days they sent mail saying item not available and we will be refunding the amount. The very next day they sent mail saying item available please ignore the previous mail. On 25th May they sent a mail saying we will ship the item in next 24 to 48 hrs. Post that they are unreachable. Not responding to my mails, messages and calls. Worst experience i ever had. Lost trust on small or new sites like this. People like this are not trust worthy. Horrible experience. I recommed people to not to buy anything from this site.

The dresses were good overall but the dress was not neatly stitched and as per my measurement my trouser length was different which I previously mentioned, but the team still kept responding that the height I have given is not suitable for me, and came up their own trouser length, anyways I request you to highly consider and accept the measurements given by the customer because they know their body measurements more than you!
