I ordered a saree on 3rd march, and received it on 14th March. They were quick. I loved the neat embroidery and the quality of the saree. The blouse was just perfect and as I wanted and mailed them. Will buy more soon. Thanks Panashindia

I ordered 2 salwar comizes/Churidhars on January 6th to wear for a wedding on February 10th. Both of them came with wrong sizes, one too tight and the other one too loose and is low cut. When I informed Panashindia.com about this via email, they agreed that they were stitched incorrectly and not to the measurements I provided. They told me to get it altered locally and they will pay $30.00 for that. I informed them that it is not alterable the way it is stitched and requested a refund or replace it so that I can wear it to the wedding on the 10th February. Since then I got no responses to emails and phone calls are not returned. On February 9th, I requested for a refund and they declined saying they dont do refunds, even though their website says they do. So I opened a case with Paypal for a refund the same day. Panashindia.com denied refund again thru paypal and replied We can either correct the product and send it back to you or else we can refund you alteration charges. If you choose to send it back to us. we'll reimburse the shipping charges you incur. At that point the wedding was over and I didnt need these clothes anymore. So I escalated the dispute with Paypal for a refund of my money. Paypal tried to contact them multiple times and got no response. So paypal had me return the items on my expense of $80.00 with tracking to India. I send it back and they did not acknowledge receipt to paypal. So Paypal had to investigate to confirm delivery and Paypal gave me my purchase price back. Buying from Panashindia.com cost me headache and loss of money and had to go to a wedding without proper attire. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Hey I just want to thank the team of panashindia for the excellent workmanship of the lehenga I purchased. They were prompt with customer service, the only complaint is they do not have a great collection in plus sizes which I needed for my mom.

I ordered a anarkali suit from them for $115 after applying discounts, but when the suit arrived so much work is missing from the suit and the duppata is not from that set, very cheap quality duppata as it belonged to the other similar item which is cheap price, when I asked they tried to bluff, but then I provided the prof then they agreed to send me the similar color duppata but sent me a very light color, I am stuck with defective piece now with mismatch duppata, the other Order was flare red anarkali but when I received it was flat anarkali they bluff a lot like it comes like that but when I provided the proof they try to ignore, poor quality not as seen in website and they sell defective pieces be careful
