After reading certain negative reviews, i was a little skeptical on ordering on panashindia. However I did go ahead, as I was given assurance by their customer care. Happy to say all my 3 salwars fit me well and they delivered it within the time line. Shipping was fast as they sent with DHL. I have had horrible experience on certain sites who shipped via post or some unheard courier companies.
I would probably be regular to this site as I wear a lot of Indian clothes :)
Bought a saree for my mom from panashindia and she loved it. It looked great and you could really tell that it was a quality piece. Shipping was prompt and I would definitely recommend the site.
I had ordered an anarkali suit and you delivered the dress on time. The dress is a beautiful one. Pretty much happy with the service.

Like other reviewers, I ordered for a wedding. Ordered 4 dresses and nothing arrived. Contacted customer service and they only say it is delayed and will ship soon. Now, too late, Have to buy 4 new dresses and try to get my money back.

I got my order PN******* yesterday and I am very pleased with your service. The Salwar Kameez fits perfectly and i love that you have such a good tailoring team. My tips for other shoppers:
1. Standard stitching is good and you don't need to pay extra for custom (unless you need latkans)
2. They have limited time sale in some designs which also have New styles. Check that section on homepage.
I keep visiting them very 2-3 days. Hopefully they will keep up the good work!

I would love to review panashindia as it was a pleasant experience shopping here. We purchased a total of 9 outfits from them, 7 of of them reached us within the time specified on the website, and there was a delay of 5 days in 2 of them. I am still giving them 5 stars as they had informed us of a little delay. We look forward to ordering more for our family.
I purchased a indowestern style kurti last month and was quite impressed by the quality of the product. The product was on sale and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. The item was delivered on time. Now I am totally satisfied with the outfit.
I have ordered from a lot of sites selling Indian wear, and this is my second review for panash. They have always delivered great fitting clothes to me. Yes they do need to improve their response time, I also want to see more of Men & kids wear on your site.
We ordered four dresses and paid extra on each for custom tailoring. We put special notes to clarify and made sure all measurements were accurate. The items came very lose and did not look good on at all. Now we are forced to get it fitted at another tailor and pay them a second time for tailoring. Also, we ordered a month ago for eid and though in the same order, only three dresses came and the other will get here after eid. Of course that was my mothers eid dress so now she does not have that to wear even though we ordered it and was told it was shipped out together. Very very disappointed
I saw this pink anarkali first time on the facebook page. It was the prettiest thing I have evr seen so it was imperative for me to buy it. 10 days later I had this beauty at my home. Can't believe the quality of the dress and how it looked exactly like shown in the picture. Great purchase.

I did an online purchase for a Georgette saree. When I received the product the sari material was never georgette. I felt very bad that I was fooled $ 76.00 for the saree. On the website it mentioned a georgette material and it turned out fake. Pieces of cloth have been attached to the saree to have a dual tone. Very Very bad. Never purchase from Panash online.

I got my wedding lehenga from panashindia. I placed my order on 20th January for my wedding outfit and I am so happy they made it a rush order and delivered on 10th Feb just in time for my wedding on the 14th. They did charge me a rush order fee of $15, but that's okay as long as they delivered as committed.

I wish I had not asked for my sari to be sewn with petticoat. What i received was entirely too short and now cannot be worn. I essentially have a well fitting and beautiful blouse but no sari to go with it because it was sewn too short, even after giving proper measurements. I would have had better luck if had just braved draping it myself. So disappointing because it's a beautiful sari.
