Hi, I have ordered my product on 2nd Nov and there it was showing 10 days to ship. Now more than 16 days gone still the status is same. No body is picking phone on customer care. I have ordered that dress for 1 wedding not sure will i receive that dress or not. Seems wasted my money by choosing this site.

I've made 3 purchases with these guys over the last 2 months. Pretty satisfied with the quality. Customer service was prompt for me over emails.
I have received my Salwars today, exactly on 17 days from the time of order. I found their stitching quality better than others.
I have never came across such poor, pathetic and downgraded customer care service. I don't have words to describe their service. They don't pick up the calls. I dropped multiple emails for my order status but no response. I will never ever recommend to anyone this site for shopping. I had such hopes for my dress and i was so much in need of it. I was really excited since it was my first order, but all my hopes have gone down after seeing all this.
I'm happy with the products I received. I had ordered two lehenga cholis for my wedding. Although I was little worried about ordering them stitched since they were for my wedding but I took a chance and I must say I'm delighted with the tailoring.

I have been unable to get through to the customer care service via phone or via email or online chat, which is surprising given the number of of reviews on this site commending PanashIndia's customer service. I am flying to a wedding next Thursday and have not received any communication regarding the delivery date of my order which I placed in August. Looking for a response so I know I won't have to purchase a back up outfit (from another vendor).
Panash India is my favorite online stop for Indian ethnic wear. I've been buying from these guys for a long time and never had a problem. The outfits are pretty and just as they are shown in the images. Highly recommend everyone to shop here.
It has been a pleasant experience to shop with Panash India. I live in the UK and this was my first order. I was really doubtful since this is an overseas company. But my doubts cleared up real fast after talking to the agents. They assured me of my product's delivery and its quality and I'm happy to say that the outfit was lovely. Will definitely shop again.
