I ordered two items, a lehenga and salwar kameez, and paid extra to have them tailored to my measurements. The fabric quality is nice but the tailoring was so poorly done. The extra fabric was just sewn over and could be seen from the outside (especially on the parts with sheer fabric). I will have to take it to another tailor and basically waste all money spent for tailoring with PanashIndia. Their customer service is awful. They basically refuse to accept any returns, requests for refunds, or acknowledge what they did. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
I would like to thank Panash team for their wonderful customer service. They really know how to handle their customers. I had a lot of questions about stitching which they answered patiently. I placed a rush order as I had my cousin's wedding, and everyone loved the lehenga & suit I purchased from them. I have recommended your site to many in my family and they will definitely be shopping from you soon!

I have ordered a lehenge for my sister wedding. While ordered, it says 19 days for shipment but my order status didnt changed till 21 days. I have called the customer service to check my order status. They have told that I will receive my delivery in 7 days. The next day I got the mail that there is failure in quality check. It was first and worst experience for me with Panash. I will never order from them again.
I purchased several items from Pashindia web site. Many are beautiful. However a few are of poor quality for price. One is unwearable as it is twisted at the bottom. I sent pictures and a complaint to the management, needless to say no respond as yet. Makes me rethink doing business with this Company with so many are available online. Sorry. Need better customer service!
