I have purchased 5 items, they were supposed to arrive by Aug 5,2023, nothing has arrived. I was contacted that one of my product that I wanted is no longer available and that they can give me a replacement product, I have said sure and the second arrival date was set to Aug 16,2023, I still haven't received my products. On top of that shopping and handling was supposed to be free, they shipped my product through DHL and never mentioned that Duty could be something I might be responsible for, anyways I paid the duties and I am still waiting and hoping to receive the product. If I don't get it by the end of the week I will have to file a complaint to see if I can get my money back as it's almost close to a thousand dollar that I have spent so far. Also their communication method is very slow and they hardly want to take any responsibility. I am just not happy with their service and I will not use any of their services ever again. I have no idea what the product will be like if I do receive it.

I am quite pleased w Panash India. I had a wedding to attend and they delivered the customized product very quickly. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars vs. 5/5 stars is because the garment I ordered has a few tiny pen marks.

Bought a lengha and some jewelry for a wedding. The shopping & ordering process were easy. However, the measuring was a little challenge and the top came to me too large and the armholes barely fit my arms. I'll have to have it altered before wearing it. The jewelry was ok - one item doesn't hang well and looks awkward because of it. Don't think I can wear it. The others are ok.
