Color match was great, but the applicator on the pen did a very poor job of applying paint effectively. I recommend getting the brush applicator.
I have never experienced a merchant who would not deliver to an address that was not the credit card billing address. Why bother asking for the billing address if you're not going to accept it. Not only does it not tell you that at checkout, the system gives you a confirmation number in that scenario. So you think your transaction is successful. Come to find after inquiring about the order about 2 weeks later that the order did not go through after all. An email did come through after the transaction but had gone to my spam folder. I had to place the order all over again and wait the normal processing time again.
Paintscrartch did an excellent job in getting the products to me, which required 2 shipments due to my negligence.
