As a long time customer I would say a phone number and someone to talk with during business hours goes a long way instead of the email process of communication only that took longer than i expected for a response back... You asked so just my two cents... Other than that the product was a dead match this time unlike the last time the light pewter color for my 82 Lincoln you mixed up was not even close, And yes the car is low mile survivor with excellent original non faded paint. That was a disappointment

Purchased 2 cans of base paint for my 2000 Honda Civic. Received both cans, 1st can sprayed ok, 2nd can 1/4 or 1/2 way through lost compressed air. Due to 2nd can losing compressed air, it sputtered little paint specks over the 1st can coat. Had to re-primer so I could restart all over again. Contacted company through 3 different E-Mails. With each E-mails, company totally ignored my issue. Company stated they would send out a replacement can. Due to 2nd can was defective, I need to start all over and would still need 2 cans. Due to customer service inability to read E-mails, company just sent out one can. Just disputed charges on my Visa, one can is not going to doing anything for me. I even called twice, of course no response. Company just wants to sell, not stand behind their product.
