It took a bit longer to get the products than I had hoped but I understand that it probably has to be shipped by ground and I am very far away from the supplier. Regarding the product, the pearl base coat went on extremely well. Spray can nozzle assembly is much better than most. Very easy to get a uniform coat without sags or runs. 2K clearcoat also went on well. I was a novice with the blending solvent and had 4 legs to blend in, I had a few small runs in one area but they were easy to remove with 2000 and buffing compound. My advice to others is to be very careful with the blending solvent and don't overuse it. I would definitely buy from paint scratch again.

Not happy with the quality of the paint, nor the shipping experience. The color match is not very good, coverage is poor, and its too difficult to get coverage while not getting accelerant on the part being painted.

Found online as dealer didn't have time to call me back. Ordered online and paint was perfect match. Shipping via USPS took longer than expected but all good.

I am extremely happy with the paint I received. It's a perfect match and is easy to use. My only complaint about the experience was lack of communication after I placed my order. I got no confirmation and it wasn't until I complained several days later, that I received one. (And no, it wasn't in my junk mail.). After that, communication was fine and I do like the product.

Ordered on 23rd of April. Tracking showed basically nothing for two weeks and then all the sudden showed up after 3 weeks. Paint is not as black as it needs to be, even after clear coat. Basically a waste of money and time. 2 stars because at least they sent me something I suppose.

They took the time to verify the color needed and sent all the materials ordered. L just got the primer on, then finish paint. Thanks

My experience with the kit ordered was not great. The primer that was provided started spitting and sputtering out of the can on the first coat. I ordered a "tri-coat" system of Ford E9 paint. The "basecoat" started spitting and sputtering upon spraying the second coat which makes it damn near impossible to lay an even coat which is very important in a tri coat paint. The mid-coat seemed to lay fine. And had a similar experience with the 2k clear in a can. Spitting and sputtering. Probably won't recommend spray cans from them, although I've had good experience with the touchup options.

Ordered paint on April 25th, received May 16th. Paint match appears to be very good, price was very reasonable as well. Website was very well set up as well. Shipping was below standard, which prevented me from giving a five star rating.

No phone calls, ridiculous and email took 20 tries to get sent. Response was be patient. SAD

I'm satisfied with the product. It works well. But I did take a little extra time to receive it. Just Transportation issues other than that high ranking

The on-line site was easy to use and allowed me to choose the exact paint for my vehicle with options for choice of brush, pen or spray. The product matched perfectly and was easy to use. The only drawback was that it took time to receive the order, which was acceptable since I did not need the product right away. I would recommend this vendor for auto paint.
