I have ordered touch up for my 1955 Chevy Regal Turq and India Ivory and it was a perfect match every time. Also i have ordered touch up and clear coat for my 2003 Desert Sky Blue Thunderbird and it too was a perfect match, even though you called it Robins Egg Blue.
Gave me the wrong paint color, have yet to hear from customer service
Received invoice #******* two ounce touch up paint and found it was a lighter color than my newly painted Ford Model A.
I have e-mailed through their web site instructions with no response.
In addition I have called several times only receiving a voice message that no one is available.
To me it seems this company does a good job shipping an order...and does a lousy job helping customers resolve a problem.
There are other companies similar to them and I would consider other companies.

Touch-up paint arrived in a timely manner. Paint match was perfect. However, end of touch-up pen was a it large, could have been a bit thinner (smaller). Also, felt end can fall out easily. Also, if not held up right, paint will drip out of the end. Retired US Air Force, Corrosion Control (Paint Shop) over 20 yrs painting aircraft and support equipment.
