Wish I had used a paint spray rather than the paint pen for coverage and smoothness on this particular scratch I had. Wish I knew more about spray paint. I have used paint pen before and been very happy!

Easy to find needed touch up paint for rv. Unfortunately cloor was way off, not even a close match. Color turned out way dark,didn't match color shown on website. The spray in cap was dark brown and was supposed to be medium suede,but the paint was dark brown.

We needed a Aqua Metallic paint for the car, the color match was perfect. We can see the brush lines from the brush, but I am sure that is normal. We will buff it out and still need to order a clear coat.

Basecoat color match was good. Clearcoat did not appeared to be reduced sufficient, and came out with extensive orange peel. I contacted support, and was informed it should be reduced 1:1. I replied back and informed the can gave info it was pre-mixed, which support then said that correct. At that point, I had no confidence with support and finally went to nearest auto paint store to obtain a product that I could use with clarity. Then no more orange peel.

Happy with the product thus far. The color looks great.

Website easy to use, service fast. A little pricey, so 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy to navigate the web site and ordering. Paint cans were about 70-75% full. Clear coat cans were fully loaded.

Your cost you charge for a handling fee is rediculous ly high for the small item I purchased!

I had to fix some sloppily-repaired spots on the radiator mount panel on my 92 Mercedes 300CE. I followed the PaintScratch instructions, and it was a perfect job!

This is a good product - easy to use - if you follow the directions, you will get a great result.
I do suggest that if your scratch is fairly large I would order the paint in the bottle with a brush or better yet order the spray.

My paint pen from paint scratch was delivered as ordered, in a timely fashion. Applied as directed, the color matched perfectly and now the scratches are undetectable.
