The instructions were clear. The car has some bent metal and the paint has made it look decent.
I bought paint which was described as the correct paint match base on the Vin i supplied but it was considerably darker that the original... for those of you buying these aftermarket touch up paints. TEST the COLOR FIRST... I didn't... so now am going to have to repaint the Door...

UPS was another issue! First delivery driver said no one was there (we sat outside in 105° weather so we wouldn't miss him). After several calls to UPS dispatch, we received it the next day (different driver).

PaintScratch claim my item had been lost by the USPS 12 days ago and up until today I received no further updates from them even when I had send them multiple messages asking about the status of my shipment. Terrible customer services.

No email or communication including invoice or receipt. I had to just "trust" that they received and were shipping. Instantly charged the credit card though. Not sure I'll do business with again until these issues are fixed. Haven't used the product yet.
