I ordered from this company before and was completely satisfied. Touch up paint matches perfectly on my 2001 Altima.

Good match, takes some work.to get it right, a lot of polishing to finish the job. The top coat did not blend well

Great product but time to receive product could be improved

It was unfortunate that shipments to Canada are not possible. I ordered the product and had it delivered to a US address, now just the time to be able to go and pickup.

Easy ordering experience, accurate color match and good selection of materials and accessories to complete the project.

I carefully followed all instructions, used bare metal primer and let it dry for 2 days.
I applied 2 thin coats of touch up paint 12 hours apart in dry warm weather.
After a few days I noticed the touch up paint was gone, exposing the metal primer again.
Also the paint was very thin, as if it was meant to be sprayed on.
I am no paint expert but I had the impression that brush-on paint should be thicker
Than spray-on paint.

Very easy to do on line matched my paint codes to their codes and they matched perfectly.

Paint and clear worked good had to order more paint.

It was easy and useful, especially paint match process.

Paint Scratch forgot to ship my order. I placed my order on April 21st, 2024 and I received an email stating it shipped on April 26th but no tracking info was given. After returning from a week long trip to Europe, my paint had still not arrived so I reached out to customer support and apparently they had forgotten to ship my product. The invoice email stating it had shipped on the 26th was a false auto generated message. It wasn't until I complained that they realized there was a problem and finally shipped my product out on May 8th. It's May 10th as I write this review and I still don't have my order so I should say they "allegedly shipped my product on the 8th" because that's what I've been told by them via email. I believe it probably has shipped but it will be over 20 days before I receive my $160 dollar order. I will have to discount the job I ordered this paint for as my client isn't happy, so I asked customer service to "make this right" by discounting my order. They have not responded to that request despite promptly responding to my emails about my product not arriving. This was my first time using paint scratch rather than my local vendor, and it will be my last unless they do something to make this right.

Great so far! I've read nothing but great reviews so I am very excited to use the touch-up paint on my '97 F-250.

After I placed the order then you tell me you don't have a color chip for comparison and there is no recourse if the paint does not match.
So why do you show on your website the color code for the Lund boat and then you can't come close to match it?

The can't communicate with a non automated quest/request. They don't use humans to deal with humans.

Positive outcome the color was close enough for me to be happy, thank you.

Took a long time compared to others retailers/suppliers.

The color was 10/10 match, the items were packaged/labeled well. The website have you a choice between a kit or you could pick your own items. Don't waste your time with duplicolor, just go to straight to PaintScratch.
