Delivery longer than expected. Have used the product before seems to match very well.

Color match was excellent. However, the paint pen was defective and the tip fell out of the pen before i had a chance to use it. Shaking the pen caused the tip to eject. I was able to cut open the pen and use a small amount of the remaining paint with a brush. However, this was a mess and not worth it. If i order from this company again it will be another delivery device.

Paint looks great, spray can quantities are a little light...Have to reorder paint for additional cans needed to finish the job.

All of the products worked as described. The paint was a little lighter than the paint that was on the vehicle, but because it is up by the roof, it really dioes not matter much.

Easy to find color and get recommendation to add clear coat.

My car already has had a few repairs in the area (rear corners) so the color is uneven. That said, the paint you sent matched well enough to most of the area and will look fine when finished. I ran out before I could get complete coverage over the repaired areas, so I ordered another can of paint. The paint was easy to use and looks like it will reach an acceptable finished state.

I got my order fast and was kept informed of the status daily. The color was a very good match, the Ford dealer had offered a similar color but not the correct color. The cost was better than everywhere else. Good first time experience!

Received the pen and insert to the pen immediatly fell out and got paint all over the customers car and grill. PENS ARE OUTDATED AND NEED A BIG UPGRADE TO A BRUSH OR NEEDLE.

Took my time, LOTS of coats and then several layers of clear coat.

The results are fantastic. I've sent the pictures to like five or six people, and no one can believe it.

Communication is great so you can track your delivery. All along the way they give assurance of a good experience. I had a big nick in my Audi R8, Dynamite Red. Perfect match - very satisfied.
