It was easy ordering on-line and I haven't been able to repair the scratch yet because it's just too hot right now.
I reached out to you and u have not responded the paint was horrible nothing came out of the pens I feel ripped off and no response. I would like a refund. Not happy at all.

I purchased touch-up paint for my 1999 Saturn from them in 2013. In July 2024, I purchased another touch-up kit for my (now) 25 yr. Old Saturn.
They are efficient and customer focused.
The ordering process and navigating their website was very simple. The shipping time was decent, the products arrived intact and very well packaged, but the color was way off. It was 3 shades darker than my vehicles paint and I gave them the paint code. I have multi coat paint on my 2023 ID.4 so I received two paint pens and a clear coat pen. The base coat was really dark red like 5 or 6 shades darker which may have made the midcoat look even darker. But even without using the base coat, the midcoat midcoat was still 3 shades darker than my vehicles paint. Very disappointed but lessoned learned.
