They do everything to hide the fact that it's shipping from outside of the USA when you order. It's been over 6 weeks since I ordered and I've still not received it. I tried to get my money back thru paypal but paint plot keeps throwing up the same excuses and useless tracking number that didn't update for weeks. Every message back from them reads the same: COVID delay! Worldwide pandemic! Beyond our control! It's been way too long to blame COVID delay now. My next steps are contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges. Stay away from this company and order paint by number kits from Amazon, they are better quality and much cheaper.

I love to paint but no experience is necessary- levels of difficulty vary. I live farther than most, so I had to be patient early on but EVERY SINGLE email I sent was acknowledged! Very caring people behind this business

I love these, they are great for people who might be artsy but not overly creative! Its fun and a great escape for the brain for a bit!

During the pandemic shutdown and Winter season I needed a new hobby. I ordered my pbn set which was shipped promptly. However since it was coming to Indiana in the US from Australia, it got held up in customs. I contacted Paint Plot and spoke with Tova who was reassuring and helped me understand the international shipping process. I appreciate the time explaining the process and within a few more days I received my pbn set. I enjoy my picture choice and the fact they are on a canvas I can stretch myself! I really like the feel

Of all companies I have purchased Paint by Number, this is by far the best. They provide a great product and a fantastic customer service. They follow up with client throughout the purchase and delivery journey and keep in touch afterwards. They respond to emails in a speedy manner and truly care to deliver a good experience. Will continue to purchase from them for a long time.

I purchased 2 kits from Paint Plot and loved it so much I finished both in a week! The quality of the product is great, there's enough paint for whatever you need, and the numbers are fairly easy to see. There are some spots where the numbers are harder to see because of the size, but that's where I flexed my own creativity. HIGHLY recommend - even for those who don't think they can paint! It was a ton of fun and I will definitely be ordering more!

These guys are amazingly helpful, quick to answer questions, and most importantly products are shipped from Australia, not from China so nice quick delivery.

I got my first two paintings in about a month and I still haven't finished my first one after having it for 2 months already! But I love it, will order again and have bought one for my daughter already! Just be patient!

Paint Plot is the perfect activity to do during a global pandemic. My fiancé and I throw on a little classical music and paint away.

I have been with Paint Plot a short time but their service has been exception and the aftercare is brilliant. I have really enjoyed the quality of paints and canvas. I have had hours of entertainment from the products and it is just been a great business to purchase from. So much so that i have signed up to the subscription and now get a new painting every month.

Ive just completed my first paint by numbers by paint plot and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were no issues with shipping or delivery, my package came within a few days of ordering. Loved the quality of the canvas and the materials supplied. Will definitely be purchasing again

Paint Plot is a great company to deal with. I was so pleased with them, and the fun and relaxation of painting was a great pleasure for a first timer! They were very helpful and responsive to my questions, and I just ordered my second one.

Love them, I look forward to them every month. The communication with Tova and Mick has always made ordering their products a no brainer. They've sent replacement paints at no extra charge when I've left lids off of pots. If you enjoy painting but don't always have the creative flow, these have been my wind down from work projects each night

Love these paint by numbers. My daughter and I do them together. Got what I wanted and shipped to New Zealand quickly. Love these. The only recommendation is having a magnifying glass or app because some of the numbers are really small and hard to read.
