Just started my first painting and I wish I had more free time to do it. I can really see myself getting addicted to this :)

It is a great activity, very fun and relaxing, this company helps me fulfill my dream and encourages me to continue with it.

Paint plot is a wonderful company to deal with. The products are the best out there and their customer service is outstanding.

I wanted to decorate my house with paintings because I don't best options for decoration. I have decided to get painting by my order because it's much better than buying already existed paintings. I love modernism and it's tought to me choose the paintings from this direction in case of existing paintings from well-known artists. I applied here and described what kind of paitings I needed, so professionals did everything quite perfectand I'm really glad that once I have decided to apply to this service. If I need something like that again I will apply here definetely.

Awesome order came quickly, the brushes are great. I am colour blind so these PBN make it really easy. The frame is so easy to put together. I was less than halfway through this painting and I was online ordering another 3.

I'm an artist, who specialized in portraits. T think it could be a great gift for my close friednds, who don't hae drawing skills. Especially for my friend's wife, who has a child. As I understand the wife needed more colors, but it's not problem for me. In general it's a good company.)

I originally gave them two stars, but I've taken one off for their dishonest practice of refusing to publish non-favourable reviews. Suddenly the reason for the high ratings on their website makes so much sense. It's because anyone who doesn't give them a three star or higher gets their review 'moderated' (read - deleted).
I dislike companies that don't accept honest feedback, and attempt to censor valid criticisms. Given the price they charge, if they genuinely believe in their product they should welcome feedback. Not allowing people to read honest reviews of their product just makes them a scam.
Don't waste your money.

I ordered two kits from them in 2020 and came back in 2021 and ordered 4 more. Did one up as a gift and the recipient loved it. The kits are lovely, colourful, lots of choice, easy (or hard if you want!)

I've tried a few paint by numbers companies, and paint plot is by far the best!

They are actually based in Australia…. Others might have Australian in their name but are from China.

Their customer service is great. I ran out of one tub of paint … no problem. They sent another little tub. No charge! Not even for postage.

I couldn't quite see the tiny cells. They sent me a PDF of the picture. Made such a difference.

And there is a friendly Facebook group you can join with tips and tricks!

I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I ordered 3 get one free painting projects and even with shipment "problems" created by our elitist world leaders, I was able to get it within 3 weeks. Kept informed of the entire shipping route, too. Was also thanked for my purchase.

My original choice was not available. Paint plot got back to me in a timely matter so I could make another choice. Which I was very happy woy8.

Loved doing my first painting. It was so therapeutic. Sent an email request about an out of stock painting and got a very quick, positive response. My second order took a while to arrive due to Covid delays but I'm excited to get started on my next one. Thoroughly recommend Paint Plot.

Nice design selection, helpful FB share/support group, attentive customer care, and I very much appreciate that Paint Plot ships to Alaska. The paint is generally of good quality, although some colors are more translucent than others which can make fully covering the numbers challenging. The FB group offers good suggestions for dealing with any issues that arise, though. I'm glad I had brushes of my own as I used them the most, but overall I'm quite satisfied. This was my first, and I am already looking forward to the next one.

I purchased 2 Paint By Numbers and 1 Diamond By Numbers.
I am half way through my first painting and am loving it. I spend a couple of hours on it a couple of nights a week while I relax in silence, or whilst listening to music or a podcast. It is a really easy hobby and great activity whilst in lockdown (gets me away from the computer and TV.)
Love the progress after each painting session and the time flies!
The only issue was the postage time - it wasn't as long as some of the reviews i have read but it was longer than expected, a couple of weeks.
I will just order my next order well in advance, but I will be ordering again. Thanks heaps and Happy painting!
