Guys. This is such a scam. First of all what they don't tell you is that is comes from China. It's been over a month and I have not received my package. According to the shipping it is still in China. After reaching out multiple times, facebook instagram and email. NO ONE WAS ANSWERING. They blocked me on instagram so I could no longer message there. This "company" is so unprofessional. PLEASE do not buy from them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They will scam you

I had some reservations ordering from an online only company but emailed their support team and they eased my anxieties, I purchased the Collecting Moons kit from paintplot.com and was actually surprised with how much I loved completing it, in these dark times its fantastic to put your mind to creating a special peace of art.

Don't purchase from this company. They claim to ship in a fairly reasonable time and tell me it's being help up in customs! It's been well over a month and their customer service stinks. Don't waste your money if you want your order help up for months. I asked for a refund and they won't. Very poor service!

I ordered a kit and it took almost a month to ship. That was fine; but, it never arrived. I was given three tracking numbers - one from a chinese shipper, one from FedEx, and one from USPS. I received a confirmation email that it arrived, but it did not. No package was delivered (I have cameras). I contacted USPS - they never responded. I contacted Paint Plot and they told me too bad. No help, no offer of solutions. Instead, they told me it was my problem now. Like USPS was going to pay me for a error in delivery. So, now I have no kit, and no hope of any resolution. The email exchange with PaintPlot kept telling me it was delivered - and that it was basically my problem now. If you want a customer service experience that will be helpful when things go wrong - this is not the company for you.

Took almost 2 months to get here and then when I got it, it was so cheap looking. I have bought PBN kits before for less money and they came assembled and with stronger wood. This is a joke.

Took a month and a half to get here. I had contacted their customer service multiple times through email and they were not helpful. I tried calling their phone number and no one ever picked up. When it got here, the wood frame pieces were all broken and low quality anyways for the price. I asked to return and get a full refund. They offered a replacement and I declined. They then told me I could return it but I'd have to pay for shipping. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to ship a broken item back. They offered to refund me for just the frame portion that I paid for. I said I did not want to do that, I wanted to return them and receive a full refund. I bought the frame for a reason and did not want to have to buy a new one. They then told me they refunded the frames and I would have to pay to ship back the items, even though I said I did not want to do that. I then found their return policy which states "On your return policy page it says "On rare occasions, we will cover the shipping costs. Some reasons for this might be:
A. The Item is defective
B. The item is not as advertised/described". Customer service then stopped responding to me. I emailed them two more times and they responded three weeks later. I repeatedly asked for a phone number. Over the next two months, I continued to ask for a phone number and for them to respect their return policy. They responded twice in those two months saying I would have to pay for a shipping label. They would not give me a phone number to call. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Very poor quality items and service.

The kit I ordered arrived sooo late that I had moved out to another city by that time. I was misinformed during the shipment process. Then I received an email saying that they had a production issue and the deivery would be a bit late. It was much later than what they promised. Eventually I contacted the company on FB and exchanged messages with them. They made me ask the person who received the box in my old address to send it back to them. They said they would refund me when the kit is returned to them. I did and this was a time-consuming endeavor with lots of logistical arrangements. But now they are not getting back to me. I am really skeptical about their business ethic. I have been waiting for about 3 months for a reimbursement and the issue stems from their initial failure to fulfill their promise. I totally do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Ordered on Nov 20th. Emailed customer TWICE and finally got a response on Dec 24th "its clearing custom, it will be there in a few days". Nope still nothing. Emailed them again on Dec 31th and yet to receive any reply OR their promised product. Needless to say had to file a dispute

I ordered this weeks ago for Christmas gift. Was supposed to arrive UPto 15 days, it's been well over, almost a month now. I didn't know it was shipping from China, that is not mentioned in any details of order. Customer service has not responded to my inquiries. I am beginning to think this is a hoax. Pissed

Too late
December 26, 2019

I ordered a month ago & still haven't received my order. I received an email on Nov. 24th saying it would be here in 5-15 business. It has been well over that time & still no order. This was supposed to have been a Christmas gift. TOO LATE! Will not order from this place again.

I ordered my item and it had exceeded the amount of time to arrive. I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately. They then gave me updates on my order status and were extremely friendly in correspondence. Only 4 stars because my order was late.
