I was very satisfied with my order. They did take a little while to ship to me but that was to be expected with the pandemic. Will be ordering again soon.

I ordered the "Sunny Sunflowers Kit" for my wife for her birthday. It arrived without any fuss, she was thrilled and it gave me time to myself as she was totally engrossed. Highly recommend purchasing from Paint Plot

It's a great quality kit. The only problem I had was that when I initially ordered I couldn't get the kit I wanted as it was sold out. I had to order another one. It has since been re-stocked and I have ordered it. Other than that I was very happy with their service.

I painted PBN's as a child. This experience has bought my childhood memories back. Thank you Paint Plot

Same experience as many here; purchased April 10, still nothing. I'm not optimistic on a refund. They'd rather resend you the product, which comes from China, and say they have to wait for you to receive it and send it back. Coming here because I found this site to late and trusted the reviews on Facebook (lesson learned). This is a scam.

I really enjoyed this project! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the kit took a little longer to get than they predicted.

It's been over two months since I ordered and they didn't even send it yet but they refuse to give me a refund. I'll never get my painting kits. This company is a scam and Michelle is the worst customer service agent ever. Refund me!

I ordered two months ago and never received anything. Emails give me a BS tracking number and once they said I would get a refund but then nothing. Don't believe the positive reviews here, it is the company giving false reviews for themselves. They delete any negative comments and block you from their social media. It's a scam.

I bought 4 paintings over 4 months ago spent over $100 and received nothing. I emailed multiple times and they make excuses that it's a shipping delay or they will look into it and then never do. Promised to reship them and never do. Tracking is fake. I basically donated $100 to a stranger and only got allot of lies and excuses. Please stay away order from another company or amazon

I don't know if this is a scam or not but other people seem to actually get their item. I ordered one in March. It is now JULY and I still haven't gotten my paint plot. Emailed them and they said they would send a replacement. And then radio silence. Emailed them again for a refund... they said my order has been fulfilled and no refunds will be given. So scam? I think it's a scam

Love PBN's, is there anything better? Love this company, they have been very patient with any queries I have and the delivery is always on time.

I ordered on March 28. Today is July 17. I have received nothing. I've gotten a couple email responses saying "oh your package was lost during shipping." And "Oh, I'll contact fulfillment!" STILL NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY."

I really loved it and I can't wait to start my next one! For me, I never thought I would ever be able to create such a masterpiece and here it is.
It was so nice to go and sit down and paint. To be by myself and play soft music after a long day. Thank you very much.

Loving the new look of Paint Plot. Ordered my Fourth kit from them and it arrived beautifully packaged. Sooooo happy.

I recommend checking out their blogs and tips and tricks. Very useful for a beginner like myself. I like the fact that they commission artists from across the globe as they have a broader range. Happy with the service and I gladly endorse their product.

I should be able to give 0 stars. It's been 4 months and I still have not received my product. I have asked multiple times for a refund and the seller will not respond to me. Do not order from this awful company.
