I love painting by numbers and I love this company. It is always relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It took almost three months to arrive, and when it did- it was missing the paint.

Emails to support would go unanswered for weeks, and when they did respond- it was some template email about how they didn't know when it would arrive but it would eventually.

They offered to send me replacement paints but after almost three months of waiting I just gave up and bought them myself.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've had with an online retailer. After months of back and forth and confirming that my order was sent to the wrong place, this company refuses to offer a refund or resend the order. It's incredibly disappointing that my money was wasted on something that I will never even get to enjoy. I was looking forward to starting my painting and had already picked out the next one I wanted to order, but not anymore.
Do better for people who actually WANT to give you their business.

There are some negative reviews so I was skeptical but it seems like shipping was slow because of the pandemic. I ordered and received mine in two weeks and everything was really good quality :)

All the negative reviews are 100% true! I placed my order on 4/20/2020 and I STILL haven't received my items. I did not get a tracking number until 5/20/2020 and it's remained the same status since (in Transit) and today is now 7/04/2020. I called and sent multiple emails wanting my money back only to eventually receive a response stating I couldn't cancel my order because it's already been shipped and I had to wait for it to arrive and return the items back, then I would get my refund. It's been in transit for 52 days now. Customer service is nonexistent. Had I known this before, I never would've bothered. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time and absolutely do not waste your money!

3+ months to arrive - communication with support tardy, brief and unhelpful. Package arrived like a crumpled sleeping bag rolled up and absolutely wreaking of cigarette smoke. All materials inside were also wreaking of cigarette smoke - after 3 days of airing out not much change to odour. Horrible experience and I no longer wish to paint with this product with my kids as was the plan. Buyer beware!

I ordered on March 30. Today is June 23. I have not received my package. I have reached out to customer service many times and they told me many times it was shipping. Recently, I spoke to another customer service representative and he said it had not shipped. I asked if I could cancel my order because I am MOVING across the country and was expecting these frickin paintings not to take 4 months to come and he said he couldn't cancel it. Don't buy from them unless you want your package to come literally at least 3 months from your order date and don't expect anything from customer service. Will certainly never be supporting them again and genuinely wish I could cancel my order.

I ordered my painting in April it is now middle of June. I could have used that money to use for a different project. Their customer service is awful. They do not respond with an actual customer service representative and send just a generic email saying someone would contact me. I will go to my back tomorrow and see if they can give me my money back. I will let my bank know that this is a fraudulent company. I will never order from them again and I also will never recommend this company to anyone either. This is very upsetting.

I ordered 2 kits almost 2 months ago. The beginning of May, I contacted Customer Service requesting the delivery status. Was told it shipped on April 23 and they provided me with the tracking information (which was all in Chinese so I could not read it). I have just contacted them again and they said it would be at least another 10 days, this time they provided me with tracking information in English and come to find out, the company submitted shipping information on April 23rd but did not actually ship until May 21. I believe this is how they play the system so they can say it shipped and you cannot cancel your order. I still have not received the order and will never order again.
