I placed an order for a painting on April 16 2020 and as of today August 18 2020, I have still yet to receive my purchase. Multiple emails have been sent and all replies have been generic responses blaming Covid19 and provide a tracking number that doesn't work. Multiple requests for a refund have been denied.

I'm so impressed with how it turned out. Once I got into the swing of it, I couldn't stop. No housework got done. So proud of myself! It looks gorgeous hanging on my wall.

Excellent! Awesome that's all I can say. I haven't finished this as yet but I love watching the Hummingbird come to life. Couldn't wait to share it…. Sorry!

This was my first attempt at a paint by number kit. I think I did a pretty good job. I've already ordered 4 more. Thanks paint plot, this has really helped with my anxiety. I love you guys!

I ordered in April, it's not August. I asked for a refund I no longer even care about their order. Well, for the 5th time they can't issue a refund because the order is supposedly in transit. Well who would know because their tracking number with product coming from China doesn't work. Stay away from this company.

Ordered June 17. Contacted people, did get " we apologize"! Who gives a damn! Either deliver item or respond and give full refund! NOW

IF YOU HAVENT GOTTEN YOUR PACKAGE AFTER THE TIME OF DELIVERY(THEY SAY 15-30 DAYS) FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I ordered paint from them and haven't gotten it in 2 months. I emailed them twice and It was a copy and paste of the other email they sent a month ago. The tracking number is fake.

I stumbled across Paintplot.com while I was looking on social media, their site has lots of styles and it was really easy to order. I received my colourful rain kit in around 3 weeks which was a little long but I hear they have moved to a new warehouse in Australia and the postage times are a lot quicker... I will order another one from them soon and let you now how it goes.

Waiting over four months to get my package! Reached out to them numerous of times and they blame it on shipping. Asked for a refund will not allow it. Send me a tracking number but the package never moves and hasn't ever came! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It's a great quality kit. I can't fault that. I was very worried about whether it was going to arrive, which it did, albeit late. The pandemic was a definite factor however, better communication would have helped my anxiety. Purely based on shipping I could only give 3-4 stars.

I ordered a PBN kit for my Mum's birthday. It missed by a few days. I was very disappointed. However, I understand that it was during a pandemic and my Mum just loves it and she has ordered more from Paint Plot.

3 months in the product still hadn't shipped, company refused to provide a refund and said because it had already been 30 days there was nothing they could do. I have been persistent reaching out and am confident I would have never heard anything without doing so. Supposedly it's on its way now after 4 months waiting.

I do understand that there is a pandemic. I was a little frustrated with the delivery times though. The customer service team assured me it was in transit and I did receive it about 10 days late. I was very happy with the quality once it arrived and I have since forgiven the delay. Would have been a four of five star, but I can only give a 3 based on the above.

I have now purchased at least 10 paint by numbers from paint plot and I love them all. They have made amazing works of art for me. Yes the shipping is quite slow to get all the way to New Zealand but its worth the wait. Hours of fun and relaxation with a great end product. Thanks heaps!

My daughter and I thought it would be a fun activity to do together. It was a definite challenge for both of us. It bought us many hours of enjoyment though and we have them hanging on our walls. We would both highly recommend PBN's and Paint Plot as we found their service excellent

I was very pleased with quality of paint and canvas that was provided. I have already ordered 2 more paintings before I even completed my first one because I enjoyed it so much. It's a great stress reliever after work or chill time on the weekend.
