Finally received painting after 6 months of waiting, emails, etc, the pictures are to small for seniors in healthcare to paint, bout 3 and 1 free 72.00 now to ship back to them to get a refund the cost will be 89.00 dollars getting no where with them

I've done two of their paintings now, working on the third. I absolutely love them! I have zero artistic ability so being able to create something like this is awesome!

I'm in the us and my shipment arrived a little before it said it would which was a nice surprise! I have finished my first and already on the second because I am hooked. Great quality and great design. I love the tutorials you guys send out in the emails so I can improve faster than just self teaching. Keep it up!

I was giving my first one as a gift and thought are you trying to punish me. Then i bought my 2nd, 3rd and 4th one. Working from home because of covid this gives me a chsnce to tirn iff screen time. I read on my tablet, have a person and work cellphone, have a laptop and watch tv. This new hobby gives me a chance to turn off electonics. So thank you for something that at first I did not know I could do.

Came from Australia so it took several weeks to arrive, but I thought that was pretty fast. My first paint by number, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tova and Michael checked in frequently and pointed me to several good videos. Very good experience.

It indeed takes forever to arrive but I love the products. And it comes with a frame and all the paint and the brushes. I have ordered from them four or five times now and love them.

Really garbage company.

Made a large order with them. They ended up cramming all 8 kits into 2 boxes, order was delayed, one of the items was missed.
When I brought this to their attention the response was clear my email was not even read.
Stay way clear of this company, plenty of other choices to buy the same products.

Worst customer service. After not receiving my order the guy I spoke with (Kevin Angelo Legazpi) said there was nothing they could do Bc the tracking number said it was delivered. I'm not even sure if this company is legit or just a scam. ‍ Don't let them steal your money!

This was my first paint by number's experience. I would have to say it was so much fun. It wasn't as hard as I expected once I got into the swing of things. I was very impressed with the quality and service

Very hard but I enjoyed the challenge. I knew it would be difficult probably wouldn't recommend for newbies and for anyone else buy a magnifying glass.

I am originally from Canada, living in the US. Just really enjoyed painting this beautiful landscape

I have a very stressful job. I get home have dinner and then into painting. I'm addicted and I find it hard to stop. A great stress reliever, my advice would be to not rush it, just take your time.

It was a real joy to paint this. I felt like I was part of the Ocean. During these stressful times it was exactly what I needed to help me relax. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bit of "time out" as time just flew by. Really impressed with Paint Plot wasn't sure what to expect but they were excellent. It's 5 stars from me.

I love painting pbn's, helps relax me and keep my sanity and it provide multi functional categories to improve or enhance picture.

I ordered a paint by number kit on June 5th, it is now August 31st and I have still not received it. They are not quick to respond to my emails and when they do respond it's the same story. They blame it on Covid-19! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. It didn't take them any time at all to charge my account! I am very disappointed and would give them no stars if I could.

I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could. Mike and Tova I love your story and I'm a big fan of Paint Plot and repeat buyer

5 months ago i placed an order for 3 paintings, after 20 too many different emails back and forth with support team still no refund. They say the order is still on its way and they refuse to issue refund or cancel the order. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased two paint by numbers kits from Paint Plot on April 20,2020 and have yet to receive them. When I first contacted the company, they told me it looked like my order was lost in transit and they would send a new one. That order has still not been received and now when I contact the company they do not respond. I have asked for a refund three times and no response or refund of my money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
