My first pbn project was Seashell Beach kit. Throughly enjoy it. I always wanted to paint and I have tried doing my own designs without success but pbn is fabulous. Great company to buy from and being in Australia was a plus. Very good choice and delivery is prompt. Support staff are very quick with their replies. I now have joined their subscription and Facebook group. Great to see others pbn projects and experiences. Member discounts are great. I would definitely recommend this company and continue to buy more pbn. I have 4 to be done and 1 on the way.

Almost done with my "the wave" painting its coming out so great. I'm addicted! Just wish the template it came with had bigger and more visible numbers. Some of the smaller numbers get painted over or lost within the painting. Paper template is helpful. Just wish all numbers were visible. Besides that having the best time can't wait to finish!

I really enjoyed and loved how my hummingbird turned out. It was a gift for my mom and she adores hummingbirds. However, when I was done the bird itself and moved on to paint the background of the canvas, I didn't have enough paint! I got 3 tiny containers of #1 to cover a massive background. I had to get creative and mix colors. Was so so disappointed because I really wanted a crisp white background. The amount of paint I got covered 25% of my background - at best. Really disappointed. The photo I attached was mid-process

I chose to order from PaintPlot specifically because they claimed on their website 3-8 days shipping. I needed the canvases for a scheduled event some 20 days later. The product did not arrive for 28 days. Well past the event. Then came the poor customer service I have read about in previous reviews. After sending several kind emails requesting postage-paid-return label, they just ignored me. Now I am stuck with the canvases ordered for the event. If you need your items in a timely manner, buyer beware… they will not honor their website's advertised 3-8 days. Sadly, They cast blame elsewhere and demanded that I honor their rerun policy and pay for return shipping of their extremely late product.

I have now ordered/received 8 pictures from Paint Plot. Very relaxing and look great! Definitely recommend!

I seen so many different pictures to chose from when I went onto the site, and it was so hard to pick one, but when I seen the mystery painting I had to get one, just the anticipation of not knowing what you will be painting till you get going had me hooked. It did take a bit to come in but I am in Ontario Canada and with all the delays because of covid it's understandable. I would love to order more!

Doing this painting was a big stress reliever for me. I can't wait to give it to my great niece for her birthday!

I started my new painting Amsterdam and was a bit disappointed that color #3 was partially filled and hard like rubber. Contacted Customer service and they responded quickly saying that they would ship another 7-20 days but no tracking number.

I not crazy about the colours provided and not sure why purple is the colour chosen for the cobble stone streal. I guess i will wait to see the end result. So far mixed feeling as to if i would order from

These canvases are great! The numbers are small in areas to give excellent gradients, so be aware of that. The finished picture looks as expected - perfect for hanging in a prime location on your wall! A wonderful way to spend a few evenings, relaxing while listening to music and painting.

Fabulous company with quality paints and canvases. Just finished my first painting and just purchased and received four more! I have emailed customer service twice to get pdf files of the paintings and the response has been immediate and positive.

I order 4 paintings to be done by my family and I. It has been over a month and we still haven't received the paintings. W we got an order to be given a larger discount on more orders ( seems very tone deaf) and haven't received any other follow up. Horrible.

I ordered 2 paint by numbers paintings from this site. In both kits the colors were off significantly. One painting was supposed to be blue tones, it was purple. The other was supposed to be aqua and teal tones but it was dark and light blue. When I complained and asked for replacement kits with the correct colors or a refund, this was refused. They said that there are always slight variations in the colors and I can understand that but I don't feel completely different colors is a slight variation. They did offer to give me a free painting but since their colors don't match, why would I agree to that? They will not take care of this problem. Don't order from this site unless you don't care what color your painting is. They have no integrity.

Painting is great therapy and allowed me to relax and forget my stresses for a while.

Paint Plot was the first company I ever ordered from, back in Feb. I got the subscription package as there were just too many lovely paintings to choose from. I have found them to be always great with no issues - delivery time is usually within a week also even with the slow downs caused by covid. Great company and would recommend to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with my products received from Paint Plot. I have completed 4 paintings since Christmas 2020, nearly finished my 5th, 1 more in the cupboard waiting to get started and have another 2 ordered and on their way already. It is safe to say I am hooked! Originally I received Paint Plot as a Christmas present and have ordered several more from the company since. They provide a top quality product, plenty of paint and quick customer service response to any queries. They have a great variety of paintings with differing levels of complexity.
