I have ordered business cards and paid extra to have them reviewed by designer since I used custom design.
When the order was delivered the cards were printed with margin errors.
The price was great and the quality was just what I was hoping for at that price. I will definitely reorder.

This is the 3rd time I've used Overnight Prints to print my booklets and the quality and color matching has been great the last two times, however this third time the colors did not match the document I uploaded. Paper trimming was also incredibly inconsistent- not a single border was straight along the edge of the paper.
And shipping! The expected delivery day is never correct. You have to click into 'Upgrade shipping' to find that the actual date is weeks later. Then you have to pay to upgrade for the ORIGINAL delivery day. That part is consistent.
Dear Iris,
We are truly sorry to hear that you had received a late order. Is there anyway that you would be able to provide us with an invoice number for the order that you are referring to, so that we can resolve the issues that you have experienced on this order.
Sincerely,
Overnight Prints.
Yeah... this is the third time and here's the thing these guys used to be AMAZING. Don't know what happened or why this has changed, but once upon a time, I could really count on Overnight Prints and now... i can't. And that's unbelievably disappointing. My last two orders, were scheduled to be shipped and delivered on a certain date, and both missed their deadline.
Bummer guys, you just lost a customer who buys for her clients.
Dear Caryn,
We are truly sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in time for your event. Is there anyway that you would be able to provide us with your invoice number, so that we resolve the issue that has occurred?
Sincerely,
Overnight Prints
I needed my business cards for an event. They were supposed to arrive the day before, but was delayed and came after the event. Disappointed. Print quality was good, though.
The cards printed beautifully and I am proud to give them out (I ordered the gray card with white lettering and lighter gray circles on the left side of the card). Thank you overnight prints!
Received my 100 bookmarks very quickly and they were well packaged and looked just as I designed. There was no drastic change in color etc. The inks were good. I love how they turned out and most of all the price was one of the best I found. The process of ordering and uploading my design was also very simple and easy to understand. Thank you!
I placed an order on July 3rd, and even with a holiday, received my order on July 6th! Great service.
It only took you printing the order 3 times until you got it right, thankfully Omar took responsibility and got it done. Genie in customer service said it was my fault and too bad :(
Pricing was better than I expected and better than the site I normally use. I may switch over after seeing the high quality product that was delivered on time.
Great quality. I always get remarks on our cards. I've been ordering from them since 2008 and have had consistently great quality. You can't beat it.
I placed an order for a double-sided postcard. When I submitted the order, I was given an estimated timeframe of delivery and I even paid a little more to get them by a certain time. I was checking the order when it should have been being prepped to ship, only to see that it was still in production. I was told that the shipping date was only an estimate and that someone would follow up with me regarding why my order was still in production when it should have shipped already. To be fully transparent, there were no billing issues or anything like that. When I called customer service, the person I spoke to didn't know why my order hadn't shipped and I was told that someone would call me to update me. No one called, but I later checked my account and saw that the shipping had been changed to a later date than the estimate I was initially given. I called back to speak to customer service again and was told that there no way they could have known that my order wouldn't ship on the initial date I was given. My contention was that my order sat on production status with the estimated ship date for a week. This made it hard for me to believe that no one knew that my order wouldn't be ready by the estimated ship date. Ultimately, after being on hold for several minutes, management agreed to refund me my shipping and upgraded my shipping. I didn't get the order by the date I needed them, but I did get them. I'm not sure what the hiccup was, but it was finally remedied.
The only screwup was my fault; I used too light of a font on the front and a nice dark font on back.
I used Overnight Prints to print some booklets for my business. They did a great job in printing them. The paper and photos are super high quality and I got my order in a timely fashion.
I ordered 50 business cards 17 days before I needed them. The expected delivery date gave me 4 days of buffer. For over a week the status online was "In Production" with the same expected date, but I was getting nervous, so I called to see if I should upgrade the shipping. I was specifically told that I should not change my shipping since that could delay my order, but not to worry. Long story short, of course they arrived a week late. Before that happened I emailed them to suggest a couple of ways they could makes things right. They simply pointed to the clause that said that expected dates are not a commitment. Also, their website sucks. The expected arrival date never changed, even after that date passed and the order was on it's way (with a shipping date from UPS). I will never order from these guys again until I don't need my order for a month or more. And even then, why should I give them my business after being treated poorly?
Dear Kirke,

I've ordered from them for years after having a terrible customer service experience with a competitor. I've always been very pleased with their quality AND customer service. While tracking a recent order I found that half the order had been sent back by the postal carrier because the box got damaged. I had not received the package they reprinted immediately and sent new ones out that day.
I ordered cards for my wife and I. She needed cards in 3 days seemed like a great. Idea. So 45$ cards 100$ shipping all to get someone else's cards the day before her big real estate conference. I call to get them returned it's been a 4 week problem. When I got mine almost a week later they were horrible! Customer service and managers rude and incompetent.

I printed my sister's save the dates postcards and magnets here. I spent time resizing and making sure that my measurements were within the provided template when uploading, but when I got the prints, the border came out too wide and it changed the look of the postcard. What's the point of spending time making sure the image you upload falls within the lines, when it won't print the way you want anyways? There should be an option where we can upload how we want the final image to look without the bleed.
Dear Kay,
We are truly sorry to hear that your border did not print correctly. We have gone ahead and sent you a message to find out your invoice number. Please provide us with an invoice number for the order that you are referring to, and we will resolve any issues that you have experienced.
Sincerely,
Overnight Prints
Happy with booklet print quality, good price. Fast printing came earlier than promised. Would use them again. Thank You.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
Answer: The same thing happened to me and they refuse to give me my money back!
