I had both my flights rescheduled. And it was a scary situation. My travel with two elderly family members were spreadout b/w multiple days, with almost no way out. Then came 2 angels from Ovago and their leadership team - Vyastha & Candy. Who told me "Dont worry sir, we will try our best to sort this situation for you." I made several calls and there was a way to reach these superstars. Who did deliver for me and got me re-scheduled on a ticket that met our needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I saved $150 on the initial ticket price by buying my tickets through Ovago, and spent about 4 hours on the phone with both Alaska Airlines and Air New Zealand trying to deal with the problems created by buying my tickets through Ovago (frequent flyer number and TSA traveler number not entered, name input incorrectly, couldn't upgrade seats). I was never able to upgrade my seats because of purchasing tickets through Ovago; I will never buy tickets from a 3rd party seller again.
I purchased an international flight ticket on Ovago, without realizing that a "NONE" was added as my middle name in the e-ticket issued by Ovago when I have no middle name on my passport. This almost costed my boarding.
Please fix you website - when a passenger has no middle name, don't put "NONE" as a middle name

Upon further review of the case, we found that during the online booking process, the word “none” was entered in the middle name field. Please note that the middle name field is optional, and if the passenger does not have a middle name, the field should be left empty.

I booked a flight with Ovago foreseeing a layover at JFK. After some days I was notified that the time for the layover was reduced by 1 hour and I deemed it was too risky to catch the connecting flight. I asked to rebook the in bound flight to an earlier one which was available. They kept promising that it would be confirmed within 24-48 hours. But nothing happened, nobody recontacted me, I had to call everyday to check status, having to re-explain everything to someone who would repeat the same story over and over.
Finally after 2 weeks and endless calls they wrote me that the flight could not be changed.
In summary: Ovago, never again

Flight was changed from an hour layover to 8 hour layover. Completely unacceptable and will not use Ovago again and probably not done writing reviews on this experience.

I booked flights to Italy. We paid for seats we chose.
My daughter upgraded us and i contacted Ovago for a refund for the seats we would not use.
They refused.
After many emails back and forth they offered two 100 vouchers...good for the DAY they sent the email. NOT EVEN ONE DAY!
This is not acceptable...i will never use them again and will warn whoever i can against them.
