The airline made a change to one of the flights in my booking. Ovago immediately contacted me with the news and as we spoke, they provided a new flight option. I accepted it and the updated itinerary was sent to me via email. I waited to complete my trip before posting this review, but I've learned they are trustworthy.

I booked a flight from Los Angeles and had no issues at the airport. Agent helped me with the seat assignment. I also liked that they answered within seconds. Kudos to Ovago.
Ovago travel agent called us regarding our meal preference during flights, travel insurance, and wheelchair assistance. Agent gladly helped us on above services.

People on the phone do not understand English. People on the phone do not understand customer request or airline policy. I still have not gotten a cancelation verification Number.

Over satisfactory experience however little disappointed with the details shown on final review page was showing incorrect DOB even after providing correct details. It seems a bug with your interface. Rest everything was good.

The tickets are cheaper, but you cannot select seats unless you pay several hundred dollars more. You're better off buying tickets with someone else where you can select seats for free.

These options are recommended for travelers who have specific seating preferences. In some cases, the carrier allows passengers to choose their seats free of charge during online check-in, typically 24 hours prior to departure. Additionally, random seats are often assigned to travelers for free at the airport counter on the day of travel. Only 1 bag allowed. Would have obviously wanted a second check-in baggage allowance to book it again in the future with them but not anymore.

Booked with British Airways through Ovago. Saved money on the price of the ticket, however Ovago wanted an absurdly high price to select a seat on the plane. Had I done so, the savings from booking directly with the airline company would have been lost. The friend who encouraged me to use Ovago through Sky Planner is a frequent traveler and content with the company, although no flight seat for her either.
