I signed up, created a profile, started conversations with 25-30 gentlemen to get to know them. One month later, my profile disappeared, all of my ongoing messages disappeared and after calling customer service 38 times during different times of the day I got the same recording "There is no one in customer service to help you right now, please call back later". BEWARE!

This is the most crooked site I've ever seen they steal your information and your pictures have the people on here are not even on hear any more this site is nothing but highway robbery do not use this site

Where do I start? The recommended matches live out of my state, are just plain creepy, are scammers, many word for word repeat profiles. Lots of pictures of bare-chested men. So sorry I wasted my money!

OurTime sent a letter to everyone I had contacted telling them my account was fraudulent. They never notified me nor did they verify before sending it out. If a friend hadn't told me I'd never have known why no one was returning my phone calls. They have no remorse and are blaming bots. I can't recommend this site if you value your reputation

Ourtime is NOT a good site. Horrible customer service and lot's of scammers. It's very expensive and has the Worst website to communicate on. I do NOT recommend this dateing site.

I joined Ourtime, but when my initial billing period was up, it was impossible for me to turn off the auto renew. I wrote to the company who has no human customer service reps, only bots. I challenged the billing from my bank, the bank dropped the charges 3 times. On the third time I re filled out my profile using rather vulgar and false information. They finally closed my account. So I now have no proof of purchase. This site is run by people with no business ethics, no integrity and quite simply put, crooks who only want your money and make it impossible for you to cancel.

I joined Ourtime for only one month. I am so glad that it was only for one month. It is a waste of money and time. I live in Michigan and most of the customers on Ourtime are from Ohio and Canada. I don't think that anyone could ever find a partner on Ourtime. I really don't know how they stay in business.

When you ask them to remove your credit card info, and remove your automatic renew status. They do, AND YET THEY STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, THIS IS FRAUD. The site has 80% fake profiles, you get pinged all hours of the day and night with a code that you supposidly asked for to sign on, and you did not... NIGHTMERE ALTOGETHER. They only way to stop them once you give your credit card is to COMPLETELY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK AND GET A NEW ONE!

Scam sight stopped my monthly payment now I can't get back on my profile but will let me get onto a new membership

Where to begin? A bunch of older men (I can only give female perspective) who really don't want to meet anyone.

I was duped into joining this site by switch and bait tactics! Although I had my reservations about giving them my credit card info I did anyway! What a mistake! They suckered me in by stating I had several messages waiting and of course the only way to read them is by subscribing! I held out until they offered me a one time deal of $44 for a years subscription! Which I'm sorry to say I fell for it! Not only were there not the number of messages waiting they claimed, the few that it did show never responded! And of course a week after giving my credit card information and subscribing to their service for their discounted price of a one time fee of $44, my card was charged another $64 without my consent! I have been trying to contact a representative this company, trust me they do not exist! All you get when you call the only number provided is ( All representatives are busy! Call back later!) And in the meantime I have had to cancel my credit cards and have new ones issued! This site needs to be shut down immediately!

This is a shocking company. I took a month's trial, within 14 days wanted to cancel and I'm still being charged. Customer service is non existant and any numbers provided don't work, I'm looking at legal action now. No way will I provide payment details for you to scam me again

They don't return emails and no one ever answers their customer service number. The only information shown with pictures is an age and location. There doesn't seem to be any member that doesn't have a picture, which I find very hard to believe. On every dating site there are always members who don't want to post a picture, and after you join they try to sell you additional basic communication links.

Call me naive, but I could not image such a scamming waste of my time and my money. Every morning carfeully reading profiles put forward as ''matches'' only to find scamming profiles supported by an organisation that uses algorythms to fleece us ''senior'' folk that should be old enough to know better.
Many hours spent writing (I thought!) to ''matches'' that never respond.
Dreadful BS that get even worst - twice I thought I had unsubscribed only to find that somehow my ''membership'' had been reactivated. I have now deleted my profile (I hope!)

STAY AWAY- Our Time is actually a "Waste of Time". They ask for criteria, you populate what you are seeking, yet they don't deliver and just throw "candidates" at you and hope that some will "stick to the wall". I am routinely seeing ages well over the age limit I mentioned, routinely see those who are outside of racial/ethnic preference, and many who are just too far away. I called and explained the problems and get excuses. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE. I am now in process of getting a refund.

I have reported 2 scammers and they have done absolutely nothing, I realised but there are plenty of women out there that would not, its apalling. AVOID like the plague
