Site doesn't even have a competent two-factor authentication...Keep getting a verifircation code that doesn't even work to get me into the site.This site along with silver singles, I cannot recommend...Spend your money on a different site.

OUR TIME IS A HORRIBLE DATING SITE. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. EXTREMELY HARD TO KEEP UP WITH CONTACTS MADE AND MESSAGES. A WASTE OF MONEY!

Our time seems to be a scam. When I go to the site I just get a message to provide identification. I sincerely thought I had paid for a subscription. If I had not, this is my fault. I have wasted a lot of time trying to do so. I am sure the ladies who have signed up did it honestly trying too meet partners. I have found some success with other sites. John V Payne, Berea, KY

Yesterday, I tried to sign up for free at OurTimes to examine the traffic and see whether I would be able to chat for a few days before I sign up for premium; but I found out nobody approved my profile and not only that, I could not login whatsoever later on to just look at photos of men. I am not sure what was their problem, I received no email describing the problem. I think their rating should be zero but that was not an option. I feel sorry for them, who cares!

I am a 58 year widow. I was married for 35 years. I decided to check out an online dating site. I figured I would be semi safe with site dedicated to older people. Boy was I wrong. I got several emails and likes. But, the profiles I received were definitely not what I was expecting. The first red flag was that 95% of the response was from men that did not meet my profile at all! The next major issue was men basically looking for sex and describing the sex they. Example a swinger lifestyle. An extreme Christian, Pro - Life supporter looking for a Christian woman into kinky sex. After that profile, I said NOPE! I'll take my chances in the real world. I just wanted a casual friendship. I wanted to throw up.

This is the worst dating site ever. If you pass on profiles, they just show up again the next day so you're constantly sorting through the same pictures. There's very little information about people that you're interested in and very little information about yourself. Almost all of the individuals I've been interested in. I've gotten an email from the company saying that there's a scam. This website is a scam and it was a waste of money! The worst online dating experience possible.

Do not expect any help from anybody at that company. Don't ever expect to speak to a supervisor. For some reason they seem to be in meetings every day all day. My emails should be self-explanatory. And the reason I deserve a full refund.

After getting likes they are scrubbed from system, most likes come from states you will never go to. Ater finally texting with a person for about a week both the person and all records of the text are gone. So i canceled my membership. Now i getting more likes, no answered to them. Ans after a week they are also gone with no records, seems like after i closed my account, my likes and views have skyrocketed

I set up an account and had just paid one month to try it out.
There were a lot of matches. Takes some sorting through like anywhere, but I was pleased with the number in my area. Seemingly better than other apps on that.

One guy found out I am a private chef and has an event next week that he hasn't been able to get anyone for. We had taken a lot of time on site (safe) to discuss all the details and planned to meet on Saturday. Mind you, HE asked me. I was helping HIM. I did not solicit him. At the time, my work was not even listed on my profile.
Anyway, I was waiting to give him my number until I was he was real about it. The site deleted my account and said it was because I was soliciting and the site is for relationships. That's just weird. The guy asked what I did for work. I told him, he needed help with an event. So much wasted time.

I was having other conversations. A lot actually. I tend to respond to everyone The one that I thought was a good match had just asked if we could exchange numbers. I told him yes. But boom, everything is deleted. Wasted conversation time.

Apparently, they don't research before deleting accounts and shutting things down. To me, it's a pain to fill those profiles out and load pictures. I haven't been on a dating site for a long time because it takes so much time. Now, this one wastes it for you.

The best part… I had contacted customer service because I live in a small town and don't want that on my profile but couldn't find a way to remove it. A guy had said my town was small and everyone knows everyone and he could look that up. That felt creepy. I usually post the large town next to me on profiles for safety reasons. So I asked them how to do that. No response other than: you're soliciting and we have deleted your account. I can only assume they didn't even look at anything else with my account since they won't respond to messages. This is unhelpful and unprofessional customer service.

Also, not the best app, there are glitches. All the smilie faces turn to two? Lol

I had to re-input my profile information several times. Still didn't save. One guy was mad that I had kids when my profile said none ‍

I tried to check out Hinge and was automatically directed to this site I guess because of my age. I remembered not having a good experience once before, but decided to try it again. Nothing has changed! I've tried many x's to "delete selected" people I'm not interested in and they won't go away - do I really need to block them? Unsophisticated filter options. Limited profile information - where is there age and where they live when they message you? If you click on their message and then click on "profile," you cannot get back to the message without completely exiting out and starting over. Seem to be a lot of spambot profiles. I only signed up for one mo b/c of my bad experience last time and I won't be signing up again.

We wasted hours trying to help mom to setup an account. She is 80. Our father passed away a year and a half ago and she was finally ready to find a new friend and have some kind of relationship.

We should have looked for reviews before trying this site and app! Now, we know better!

We setup a profile using a PC and then tried to help Mom with the app on her iphone (it is her only piece of technology).

Their app kept giving us error after error. We called and spoke with customer service, who was not able to fix it and "had to escalate".

So we get an email 2 days later that "our account is terminated in the interest of our community". What a load of BS.

LOL! Wow! So then we look for REVIEWS - ALL after 2019 are TERRIBLE. 1-2 stars! Here and consumeraffairs.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is absolutely the worst site I have ever been on. The women on this site may be beautiful but they are just as full of crap as a site itself. I'm sure there are good women on this site but I've yet to meet one lot of game playing going on here a lot of dishonesty. I was on here 2 years ago I thought I'd give it another try worst decision I've ever made. Beware of this site it is very deceiving good luck on finding whoever you're looking for but do it on another site. Once again absolutely the worst site I have ever been on or seen

If I could give it a ZERO STAR I would. I join this site with a set of parameters for age and distance you want to meet some one...
Then you get blasted everytime with Rush hour which sends you matches that are 80 percent out of your area or the age range goes 10 years either side of your prefered age. To top it off they keep sending the same ones all the time as well, even if you keep hitting pass on them. Then you get messages from profiles from people that like you and you respond back to them...25% answer back in one session and then you never hear from them again. One of the responses I got back from some one was "how she has been off the site for 4 months and wondered how I found her." I told her she was still being shown as active.
They constantly try to sell you upgrades. The biggest scam is getting a commitment for 3,6, or 12 months, because they know it they did it month to month, they would be out of business because its so phony, and you realize that after the first week.

So today I hit the like button on 2 different profiles. With in 1 minute I got a response from both women.
Both saying how they liked my profile. I don't have anything written in my profile so how can you like my profile... Also you don't know if the person is active. These profiles could be 6 months to 1 year or older.
At first I didn't pay just to see what action I would get. I had a lot of action so I payed. All 10 that Liked my profile said they liked it. I wrote to all. NOT 1 Responded. IS A BS SITE don't pay go to match or POF...

They provide almost no information about people and I guess you are supposed to select them based on photo alone. Which at this age, is misdirected! Also, there is no way to "take a break" and have your profile hidden for a while. People quit all the time and their profiles are still up there. So you think you have all these people/photos to choose from, and most are inactive. This is on the Match platform and doesn't even have those features. Needs work!

There are men on this site, that have taken someone else's information and are using to try and get women to transfer money from an account they say is theirs, without EVERY MEETING YOU FACE TO FACE! Then when you don't do it the number that you have been communicating with is disconnected, they only will text you or ask you if you have a Google account and they will only talk on the phone for like 1 min because they are burner phones, so they can get rid of them and can't be traced, they say they are from a different country like Norway, Poland but they sound African. This is pictures of the guy or someone's identity they were using very Thick accent..

I didn't like it. I prefer dating sites that are not membership-based because they actually offer you real profiles to choose from. They don't just take your money for nothing by automatically renewing your subscription when you want to cancel it – this is exactly what they do on OurTime, I don't know how come OurTime keep on scamming people for so long. I have been matched with ridiculously dodgy users and some mentally unhinged drama queens On OurTime. I didn't like it and tried to cancel my subscription which surely turned out to be more difficult and complicated than it should have been. They don't offer any real profiles.

They must have sent this site to China, it has all changed. In order to get your account back you have to text, I do not. I could not renew my account, they gave me a bad time. They said they sent me an e mail which I never received, They talk in riddles, Not a good place to meet any one. It's the worst dating site there is. They have changed it all for the worst. It's more of a money maker. They should keep it in the UK or China.
