I could have taken the 108.00 and went on a date by myself. I was on the site for 6 months, in that time I had 2 successful dates. You need to screen, your applicants more better. I've had perverts, men looking for a one night stand /booty call. When if they had read my profile they would have seen, that was not what I was looking for. Pictures that were not what they really looked like, I have met some very good liars on your site. I consider the time on the site, a waste of my time.

I became a member on Ourtimecom for only one month. I then received a notice on my phone that over $90.00 was taken out if my account instead of $19.99 for one month. I emailed these folks but no response. There is only one way to contact which is through email on the site ONLY... They kept my money. I tried deleting my profile and was unable. They took my money and profile. I tried resolving this situation but to no avail.

Ive always said you should try everything in life and im proud that even in my late fifties I could attempt something as alien as internet dating. And I really enjoy it! And its not just OurTime that Im learning to use but also another site called Primetimelove.com. They are both very different in terms of the way the site looks and works, but they have a lot of similarities too. Ive had dinner and high teas with gentlemen on both sites, so I dont think I could pick a winner. In fact the only winner here is me, as I have a life again!

This is hands down the most disgusting Dating Service! I am female and was "matched" with other women! The dating service sent lots of photos of men that looked like they were living under a bridge. Two guys with their tongues sticking out so you could see how long their tongues are, one guy in a hospital bed with what looked like oxygen, Several old guys with their shirts off, many awful selfies obviously taken in a bathroom mirror, several selfies of top half of heads... Awful. Don't let them trick you with " it is high traffic time would you like to be promoted?" then a 200 charge shows up on your cc! Be alert to the grammar in their profiles... obviously not coming from an American although they say they are from someplace in use... Be alert to all the guys that say they are engineers and traveling and only available to text... NEVER talk to anyone without a picture. I finally hit the wall and wanted to cancel immediately and as soon as I typed in that I wanted to cancel I was blocked from the account information to achieve this. No number to call. On line I went to their Web site and as soon as I clicked onto cancel, there was an instant " system down try later!" Near impossible to get away from these folks. Just called my cc! Please try another reputable site... You will be so sorry if you do this. So many profiles are dummy, so many profiles are just the poor people who wanted to try for free and are no longer on site... RUN

This site doesn't host anything that remotely resembles high quality photos. It also doesn't allow their members to edit the photos they post. All of that is absurd, given the role that photos play in the dating process. Hey, at least they save server space, and apparently that's all that matters. In fact, the entire website is low definition, meaning the visual user experience is terrible for anyone with a remotely decent screen/monitor.

Regrettably, the misery doesn't end there. There's no "customer service" to contact and the members are dumpy. Auto renewal (to charge to a credit card) is the default setting. Uncheck it, and you'll be bombarded with a pop-up encouraging you to renew.

Websites such as this shouldn't even be legal.

Ive always found this review site very helpful for deciding which sites to try and which to avoid. After I read a lot of good reviews here regarding Primetimelove.com last year I joined it and really love that site. So this time I thought Id check out OurTime after seeing some good things again here about it. Im disappointed to say my experience hasnt been quite as positive as with primetimelove, but it was good to try two sites at the same time to see if that lead to more dates. Ill probably be dropping ourtime now, but its a good back up and I believe its made by the people at match, so you know its reputable. But for me, I just didnt get enough replies to justify the cost.

Found out my alleged girlfriend's profile from match.com got stolen by ourtime & when I saw her profile it was like a dagger to my heart. She said she didn't know how to disable auto-renew on match, yeah right. Been with her for 10 months & had no idea she was on those sites! She said she didn't subscribe to ourtime & didn't care if she was.

When I'm at her place, her phone rings, she looks at it, & doesn't answer. Hmm. It's awful being in this state. :( Who is it? I don't know.

Has trust is gone out the window? I don't know. Now if she doesn't answer her phone when I call, is she with someone? I don't know. The internet can be used to hurt people, good ones at that.

STAY AWAY FROM MATCH & OURTIME! PEOPLE ARE GETTING HURT!

My daughter suggested I get rid of my divorce blues by trying an internet dating website. I tried OurTime for a month and will now provide my feedback. The next one im trying will be PrimeTimeLove.com.
OurTime is very popular, I chose it after seeing a TV advertisement and felt it would be a good choice. It certainly has lots of matches for me to correspond with through on-site emails. Its a good system and even works on my ipad that my daughter gave me for Christmas. I am finding some trouble getting through to customer services when I have questions and thats one of the main reasons ive decided to try a different site next, rather than staying with ourtime.

This site not only tries to force you into buying extras, but manipulates your profile. Everyone be careful of this site please. Cut my time in half for what i paid, and said I flirted with people I never even knew about. This site is a scam, and steals your money. I tried to reactivate, after they put someone else picture on my profile and changed all my comments! Then said there was a problem reactivating! Beware---beware---beware! Scam scam scam

I WAS CHANGED TO SENIOR PEOPLE.COM FROM OURTIME WHEN I RENEWED THIS YEAR... I AM A FEMALE LOOKING FOR A MALE... SO WHY AM I GETTING PICTURES OF FEMALES?

I called a tv station to expose this site but no response. So here I am I found 54 identical profiles. I get site generated flirts the profiles say they did not send all the time. I posted it on my profile all 54 profiles and poof my profile got completely erased! There is no way to contact them. I canceled right away we'll see if they stop billing me. From what I see here that is going to be a problem. Let alone trying to get a refund. Bad site. Rip off

Have to face it at my age they are like parking places all the good ones are taken and the rest are handicapped.
UPDATE I contacted the BBB and They have to respond by the 14th.
The BBB said they did not reply to the complaint of coarse. So now it goes against them with the BBB.
The company is crap just a big rip off.
