I agree with all the other reviews here regarding OurTime.com. I wish I had looked at the reviews before paying money to this fraud service.

I have just proven most of the profiles are fake. I make contact with a woman who claimed she was from Georgia, but she hinted in her profile with a zipcode from Nuevo León, Hualahuises Mexico.

I asked about it and within 10 minutes the profile was changed. This was the SECOND confirmable SCAM I encountered.

I've been in the process of getting a refund. I don't think I'll get it, even so, the OutTime web service NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED as FRAUD!

I had a problem with resetting my password and the same error kept showing up on 3 different browsers after about 7 attempts on each. Ourtime.com insisted it was the browser's fault and that I needed to contact the browser companies. Well, if 3 browser don't work, then my bet is it's the ourtime web site issue. No problems like this with any other web site log ins or resetting password. They continue to blame the browsers. I asked for them to totally cancel my account and for a partial refund for 5 months that I won't be able to use and they REFUSED it. That is horrible customer service. Will NEVER use them again even if the problem gets resolved.

Decided to sign up in January. New Year and all that. Six dates in six months. Nice men but ZERO chemistry. The site is over-run with scammers and spammers. They will contact you with the same story: they really liked your profile and photo, that you seem like a nice person, and then want you to send them your full name, cell phone number and email address. Also, way too many men with no photos in their profiles! Our Time will match you with people who haven't been on the site for MONTHS; may not even be active profiles. The photos on the portal for the site is all actors and models; these are not real people. Don't believe their slick marketing campaigns. They are there to take your money.

I went on OurTime for one month, just to check it out and ended up entertaining myself by catching the scammers. Not even inventive, but outright stealing pictures off the internet of someone else. I finished the month out searching the pictures and then once I found the real owner of the face, I responded to the email as if I was a friend of the person. Within minutes, without fail, the profile picture was changed.

Made me feel real icky about the whole thing. I am utterly surprised how many men don't know how to write, smile, shave or take a selfie. I refuse to believe that my generation of men took so little care of themselves.

It's bad enough that people put a picture that is 2 or 3 years old, but some don't even try. My favorite line that I ran into on someone's profile was: "If you don't look like your picture, you're paying for dinner until you do."

Every man on the site looks like they have just been released from a maximum security facility. Tons of fake profiles and men sending long messages to scam you at every turn. This site is horrid. So glad I only signed up for a month! I haven't met one decent man here yet. People should NOT be allowed to create a profile until they COMPLETE every section.If you go to the chat, it looks like a hundred men are on there but if you click on someone, it shows they haven't been on the site for awhile. So very strange! Bottom line, save your money. Going to try EHarmony. Expensive but likely more worth the time & effort!

Waste of your time and money. You'll get very little responses from other members on this site and half the time none of them will even include a photo or a completed profile. To respond back to anyone (not even knowing if they are real people or not) you'll have to get a paid account and then their policy is to automatically renew it. There is no refund policy and very little customer service so be careful or you'll have another 6 months or whatever your term of almost no response from questionable members.

Recently my dads Our time account was either hacked. One day he was receiving views from all over the US. When contacting people media, the first rep we spoke too argued with us that if some suspicious happened they would have contacted us. We were never contacted. We wanted a refund and to cancel the acct but she would not let us. After giving us an temp password. We were still unable to get into acct and had to call again. After an hour of being on the phone a different rep was able to get us into acct. Come to find out Birthday was changed, profile changes and pictures of another man was on my dads profile. After inputting the correct information, the acct was changed again and at the moment cannot get into the acct. We have to wait to call until our time zone matches theirs. Very unhappy. Peoplemedia oversees about 22 websites according to their rep. There is no supervisor you are able to contact. Please be aware and get your information off their sites ASAP

Luckily I only paid $40 for a 6 month subscription, but that was still $40 too much. They don't allow you to read your messages unless you subscribe. They don't screen their members because I received message from men in their 20s and scammers. This dating site is for 50+ singles. My account was hacked, so I called customer service. I asked for a partial refund and they don't give refunds if you used their site. They corrected my photos and profile. Currently the photos are accurate, but the profile is back to what the hacker wrote. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ourtime.com!
