I've been waiting several days to get one simple photo approved. I also cannot access my account settings. Says it's not available. I paid for a six month subscription to a dating site I cannot use! I've emailed customer service several times with no response nor can I get a person on the phone. Not even somebody in India picks up a call for this outfit. I feel like I've been ripped off. Do NOT buy a subscription with these people. Take your money to a different dating site.

My main issues with this site are related to the administration of the website. After several weeks, my profile picture is still not approved, even though I uploaded the same picture from both my phone and Facebook (where it's my profile pic!)
And if they were so strict that they thoroughly screened each profile picture that would at least be worth considering. However, one of the first matches on delivered to me ended up being a fake profile using a picture of a professional model. I was able to determine this in 5 minutes using Google Image search.
Save your money. This site is not professional or trustworthy with your money or your emotions. There are better alternatives out there.

This site has got to be a scam! I signed up, had a couple guys IM me, and a couple click pics. NOTHING in 5 days. Worst online dating experience ever. I guess they think if you're over 50 you're stupid... grrrr! But the worst of all, I had my credit card accessed 3 times! Supposed to be $80 US for 6 months, first they charged $115CDN, 5 days later $113 CDN, 2 days later they credited me $108? WOW! I called, got a connection that keep fading in and out with the excuse of 'it's raining hard here'. Yes they will credit me, but can't guarantee it will be the $126CDN they still have. PLUS they have my cc#! DO NOT

I was conned into this scam site by their fake daily suggestions. They use so many fakes to entice you to pay. Once you have paid for subscription you can hardly cancel it. Customer service is worthless, they just ignore my requests for cancelling. The only way to stop them from charging you for the features they make up every week is to change you bank card. The reason I want to cancel it is overwhelming amount of scammers on Ourtime. You can't identify a real woman there, there is just no way to find her because of endless scammers.

I paid for OurTime in February. With four months left, I was hacked three times. My picture was removed and replaced with the picture of another, my password was changed and I fear my credit card information was stolen. I tried calling, e-mailing and writing to no avail. I was on the phone this week for over 8 hours, and finally gave up and cancelled my account with no reimbursement.
OurTime has terrible internet security, and does not protect your identity. This is a truly terrible company. Do not trust your personal information with OurTime.

Possibly the worst online dating experience so far. First of all the site itself (and app) is crude at best. Doesn't provide valid real time information. I've had the same number of emails in my message box for days even though new messages have come in. So it looks like nothings changed but in reality it has.

Way, way, way too many scammers who aren't paying but add their phone numbers to the middle of their fake profile. And somehow this site doesn't filter out crap like that.

Every review I read about OurTime seemed to suggest it was a good site. It is NOT. It's terrible. More fake profiles than real. No way to actually know you has viewed or liked you recently.

Never again. I am signed up for three months - another scam they developed. But I have cancelled future payments and I guarantee I wont be coming back to this site - even during my remaining time period. Just not worth it.

Catfish / Scammers. Thank you I did only one month trial subscription. Start chatting with one, widow, have a daughter... and next day he is traveling to Turkey and asked me for a gift card to send via email to his daughter. Beautiful pics of famous Indian Singer. Second one same thing... I'm widow... traveling to Dubai... have a son in New York and Asked me to buy a gift card of $... scratch it and send the info to his son. Please stay away... look like they are 18 years old young w / fake profile.

In September 2019, I subscribed to OurTime for one month for $15.00 but was charged $100.00. When I complained my account was frozen. I have contacted them several times and my issue was supposedly escalated 3 times and was told the company would respond in 2 to 3 days. As of March 24,2020, I have heard nothing from them. They overcharged me and will not refund my money. It has been more than 6 months and the issue has not been resolved.

Every time I so far that I have received a response from a particularly attractive woman with great pics (sometimes not) I get a response full of bad grammar like a 1st grader... tells like "can I have your email"... and so forth... this is months and months of the same ol same ol... I just want to tell anybody reading this review that this so called dating website is a money grab by the providers... who provide no service other than to insure to you the consumer that you will be dealing with scammer/grifters/hustlers and worse with no effort by them to insure you DON'T... THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE GREATEST SCAMMER HAVEN ON THE WEB... THEY ARE LEGION... SO FAR AND I SWEAR TO THIS EVERY WOMAN WITH GREAT PICS AND NO OBVIOUS MISTAKES IN THEIR PROFILE (YOU FIND THEM THO) HAS BEEN A SCAMMER... THIS SITE IS A GREAT PLACE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY... These dating sites are all the same. Ourtime is no different. They prey on money, while taking advantage of senior citizens looking for Love. You might think there are less scammers, NO, there are many, many, many. The only thing they understand is more money, they could care less about you or assisting you. Face it, you are rolling the dice on any online dating site. You have to wise up and go to meetup groups, but even they have unsavory characters. This world is not the one we grew up in. Just keep that in mind no matter whether you are being lied to online or in person. You may likely end up robbed or worse. Bottom line., you cant trust anyone anymore, not even those you live with.

- I daily discover so called scammer/misused pictures
- Over manipulated pictures with fake backgrounds, oversized upper arms, enlarged hands. Too obvious
- Pictures with under aged children
- Too many profiles have no picture, visiting your profile even sends a like to you
- For an additional fee you can browse other profiles incognito
On their web site is says: "Verified profiles"!

In the end of the day I wonder I pay for. All my contact with their customer service has worked well.
