This is my first purchase on the OUKU marketplace, and so far I am very impressed with the overall experience. OUKU offers a wide assortment of products across different categories, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices are competitive and attractive compared to many other online stores.
Another thing I appreciate is the fast order processing. The ordering process was simple, clear, and convenient. The website is easy to navigate, and product information is well presented.
Since this is my first order, I hope the delivery will arrive on time and within the promised timeframe. I also expect OUKU's customer support to provide professional assistance in case of any unexpected situations or questions regarding the order.
Based on my experience so far, OUKU appears to be a reliable and customer-oriented marketplace. I look forward to receiving my purchase and would be happy to shop here again in the future.

Quality of there items is poor, customer service just ignore you & returns are made to be impossible Ordered 2x cargo pants that fell apart & 2x shorts that were not even the colour or design I ordered and again absolute shocking quality so my whole experience with these SCAMMERS was terrible 👎 and then ignored after I asked for a full refund There app is the worst it will not let you leave a bad review but the minute you want to buy something else works perfectly 🤔 Do your self a favour and do not purchase from these SCAMMERS Would give 0 stars review if possible Lesson learnt & money lost on crap clothing 👎 AVOID AT ALL COSTS PPL

Terrible just terrible!
I ordered four pants from this company, 3 came in complete different sizes that what I ordered and 1 came with a broken zipper but correctly sized.
I politely communicated with them asking for a refund or for them to send me new pants as this was their fault not mine.
They continued to take days to respond and deny responsibility offering me small refunds rather than the true full refund they should be giving me because as previously said this was their fault.
Atrocious customer service I am appalled.
They would constantly promise to contact us within 24 hours, 48 hours etc... but never actually contact us until we would have to reach out for a 3rd and 4th time.
Disgusting. I have never been treated so terribly by customer service like this in my life! They are a branch of light in the box and ouko DO NOT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
