AVOID OUKU Quality of there items is poor, customer service just ignore you & returns are made to be impossible Ordered 2x cargo pants that fell apart & 2x shorts that were not even the colour or design I ordered and again absolute shocking quality so my whole experience with these SCAMMERS was terrible 👎 and then ignored after I asked for a full refund There app is the worst it will not let you leave a bad review but the minute you want to buy something else works perfectly 🤔 Do your self a favour and do not purchase from these SCAMMERS Would give 0 stars review if possible Lesson learnt & money lost on crap clothing 👎 AVOID AT ALL COSTS PPL Order: ************** See pics below of what I ordered & what I got 👎

Not a great experience but Good

Not a great experience but Good. The clothes are of a mediocre quality. They are in my opinion overpriced for what you are getting. The linen is very light and suitable for warm weather. The stitching isn't great and a lot of loose threads evident in what I bought. Overall 3 stars out of 5. I deducted 2 stars as the delivery is expensive and orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered as in my case.

Customer Service Means Something at Oukut

I ordered the wrong size. Ouku credited me right away. The clothes looked like their pictures and fit perfectly. My partner looks amazing in the linen pants and shirts.
Ouku was quick to resolve any issues.

These clothing products are not just poor quality, they are truly trash. The return policy is also a scam. Your options are; pay the return shipping to Taiwan, or receive a 50% credit for what you paid. A total scam!

Not true size

I ordered a men's jacket XL, shoulder width 106 cm. The jacket arrived, it says XL, but in fact it is very small, it looks like size S. I measured it at the shoulders with an interference fit of 98 cm. So I'm thinking of sending it back or just giving it to someone. It's very disappointing, but I I was waiting so much, I wanted to give a gift to my husband. Need to buy on trusted sites, and not where there are tempting prices.

My guess is my shirt comes from the Moon

So, I have waited for weeks and weeks for my order to arrive. I tracked my order on numerous occasions, through this Track 17 service, and it says that the order has arrived at the shipping facility on the 13th of January 2024, then it arrived on the 15th of January 2024, now we are back to the 13th. And while there is a disclaimer that the tracking may not be up to date. Why on earth even offer a tracking mechanism if it is not going to be kept up to date. I am so frustrated with Ouku even before I see my shirt. My shirt had better blow my mind with its quality, looks, feel, etc, because if it doesn't, I can see me being on a mission to spread the truth about Ouku. I really like the look of the products, I really do. Customer service is pathetic.

Horrible company, scam worthy

Horrible company. I regret ordering from them. They ship the wrong size them want me to pay for shipping due to their error?!
Lastly after giving me coupons to spend more $$ at their site, which I did not do, they then delete the entire chain of communication.
Also the pictures makethe fabric look bulkier and more hearty than it is. The entire shirt feels cheap and not advadvertised.
Very shady company.

Poor quality - avoid at any cost!

Terrible quality - I purchased two shirts and these are nothing like the advertised photos - low quality thin fabric, very much oversized, delivery wasn't fast enough either. Result - items went straight to trash bin. Complete disappointment.

Nous regrettons d'apprendre que les frais de livraison étaient élevés.
En règle générale, les clients nous félicitent pour la multitude d’options d’expédition que nous proposons à un prix équitable. La commande comprenait-elle des articles lourds et encombrants, comme un tableau, un robinet ou tout autre équipement?
Il ne serait pas inhabituel que des colis volumineux ou lourds entraînent des frais d'expédition plus élevés, mais le coût total d'expédition ne représente qu'une fraction de la valeur de la commande lors du choix d'articles, tels que des vêtements, des accessoires ou des produits électroniques.
De plus, le montant des frais de port est censé diminuer progressivement lors d’une commande importante.

I have now had 2 orders from OUKU. For both the quality was pretty ok -not outstanding but their value for money is outstanding.
The website is very good and tracking info etc helpful. The marketing is very clever and I have just made a third order.
