AVOID OUKU Quality of there items is poor, customer service just ignore you & returns are made to be impossible Ordered 2x cargo pants that fell apart & 2x shorts that were not even the colour or design I ordered and again absolute shocking quality so my whole experience with these SCAMMERS was terrible 👎 and then ignored after I asked for a full refund There app is the worst it will not let you leave a bad review but the minute you want to buy something else works perfectly 🤔 Do your self a favour and do not purchase from these SCAMMERS Would give 0 stars review if possible Lesson learnt & money lost on crap clothing 👎 AVOID AT ALL COSTS PPL Order: ************** See pics below of what I ordered & what I got 👎

Dont trust the pictures

I ordered a jacket based on the image of that item hosted on the OUKU site which suggested that the garment was well made and of natural fabrics. The item that arrived was completely made from nylon and although similar in color, was obviously not what I was expecting. It was only after this experience that I found OUKU on scam alert sites and realized my mistake. You have been warned*

Great cargo shorts, amazing price

I found this website with nice items and good prices, and I would to test it. The item was delivered in the time explained, and really nice and good fit (I followed the size guide as suggested).
I found a similar item for 2 or 3 times the cost elsewhere. For sure suggested, I'm adding new items for new order

Almost perfect

The descriptions match the article received and, although sizes vary immensely from article to article, once you figure it out, it works. I'm not a fan of everything synthetic but it's ok. My biggest complaint is I thought I was getting home delivery but it is delivered to a location nearby, although I did not choose it

Pictures of products listed in Ouku look soft, warm, comfortable, plush and well made. What you get is very cheap, thin nylon product that I would not be seen wearing. So disappointed.

Bad experience in the ouku.com online store

I ordered the products from the online store ouku.com. The goods arrived within the promised time, but some of the products did not correspond to the dimensions given in the online store, and the quality of the products did not correspond to the description and photos in the online store. I wanted to return these products, but the online store's return process failed due to a technical error on the website. I tried to contact the online store several times by e-mail service[at]ouku.com and ticket[at]service.ouku.com, but after the purchase the customer support did not respond to my e-mails. Later, my account in the online store ouku.com was also deleted or blocked! Couldn't log in with my user data anymore.
