AVOID OUKU Quality of there items is poor, customer service just ignore you & returns are made to be impossible Ordered 2x cargo pants that fell apart & 2x shorts that were not even the colour or design I ordered and again absolute shocking quality so my whole experience with these SCAMMERS was terrible 👎 and then ignored after I asked for a full refund There app is the worst it will not let you leave a bad review but the minute you want to buy something else works perfectly 🤔 Do your self a favour and do not purchase from these SCAMMERS Would give 0 stars review if possible Lesson learnt & money lost on crap clothing 👎 AVOID AT ALL COSTS PPL Order: ************** See pics below of what I ordered & what I got 👎

Ugh. Poor quality. Even worse customer service. Won't take items back. Only buy more with 100% toward new purchase, which would b fine if they actually applied it to ur purchase. Evrything the prompt say to do, I DO, and it doesn't work. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. OUKU U NEED TO FIX THIS. They send all fake rubbish pathetic stuff, nothing what it looks like or they showcase on their website, total waste of money, Govt. Shud stop this fraud in India. Infact, I think will report this Chinese portal to the Central Govt, for punitive action against them, NEVER BUY FEOM OUKU

Bonsoir, achat effectuer d'un Pantalon de Taille L (43/44), reçu un XL?, bien Trop Grand, Une demande de Retour et son Remboursement, ceci à été suite à 6 fois la demande?! Dont l'expédition était Impossible (refuser?), j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir été pris pour un Pigeon.

Bad quality bad fit

Been trying to send the 2 jackets ouku delivered to me one week ago. One jacket was a small and should have been large the other jacket was an extra large and should have been a large. I filled in Ouku's return form but it keeps saying processing when i hit send. This is a scam site. I lost my $94. Dont be a fool like me, keep your money in your pocket.
