I ordered the wrong size. I didn't understand the return instructions and was not too excited about having to reorder rather than exchange in one step but customer service was great with my confusion. And the selection was soooo impressive. I would highly recommend the company for selection and customer service.

Not as pictured. The photo of the shoe I ordered illustrated a white sole (as a non-marking boat shoe). I received grey. However these soles are rubber and provide a good safe grip, unlike most other plastic molded soles which turn hard and slippery in a short time.

My order size was too high, I communicated with customer service, they sent me the bar code for exchanging item for smaller size. I sent back sandals yesterday, including the email provided.

I ordered theses shoes after I checked the size chart. The shoe were to small, I will be returning them.
