Timely delivery.
I was amazed at the delivery timing and overall service. The flip flops I ordered have helped so far with my plantar fasciitus more than any other I have found. I have just placed another order with them for 2 more pairs of shoes.

My sister sent me the link to this shop... it is amazing lots of styles and easy to purchase/return if needed.
My only problem is with the post office. They lied about attempted delivery on Saturday; I was there when they said they attempted delivery but didn't have access; they also said they attempted delivery at 10:20, but the carrier actually showed up at 10:50, didn't bother coming to my open door, so I didn't get the shoes until Monday. I have had this same thing happen before, and I would appreciate the ability to use an alternate delivery service, like UPS.
Both the sandals and slippers fit well. Both are comfortable and cute, certainly help with my foot pain.
