My first disappointment was with the delivery system. I received emails almost daily, telling me that my parcel was on it's way, only to realize about a week to 2 weeks later that it was on it's way to the retail store that would be shipping me my boots. I was concerned when I received notice from the postal service saying that my parcel had been delivered and left on a porch in Clinton, Township, MI.

My second disappointment is that the boots killed my feet when I wore them, and because I have worn them, of course, I can't return them. I'll probably end up giving them away.

A few months ago, we ordered Aetrex sneakers for my husband and received them very quickly. With this order for my sneakers, it took several days after processing the order to have them shipped...although the overall time it took for me to get them was reasonable, I was disappointed that it took several days longer for me to receive my order than it did with my husband's order. However, when I did e-mail OrthoticShop with a query, they were very prompt and helpful in at least apprising me of what was going on.
