I had to send back my purchase because they were the wrong color. I wanted black but I apparently ordered white. I recieved an e-mail that they did not have the size I ordered in black. I ask for a refund because the size they had would not work. On October 28,2010 I have a Visa transaction for $45.00 for my original purchase. Today (November 8,2010), I have a refund transaction in my bank account but it's only for $38.00. Why?
AA narrow shoes were ordered and I received slim shoes with "fillers". Not satisfied at all.
We are delighted that my husband can now use shoes he had prior to his stroke because of the AFO Leaf Spring Foot Support we have purchased. The one he had supplied from hospital which has been very good had a full heel which limited the shoes he could wear.
Might I suggest you provide directions on ordering for people who wear half sizes... Your customer service rep. Was terrific in getting back to me promptly though on my question.
