The shoes did not fit well, so are being returned. I do love the 2 pairs of orthaheel thong sandals that I own and will buy other colors.

It was hard to find shoes to that would fit my sons wide feet and his AFO'S. But these worked great. I normally wouldn't spend that much money on my child's shoe, but we were desperate to find something that would work.

The ordering process was good.

Shipping time was exact.

I was disappointed that you did not have the other pair of shoes I was looking for in size.

I made my order on line. No issues, paid with Pay Pal.
Received both order receipt and confirmation of order sent with tracking number. Being in Canada, the tracking only worked until Canada Customs, but I knew then I should have in 2 to 3 days. All went as expected, received merchandise in good condition, as ordered.

Love the shoes, can't beat the price, this is where I'll order from now on

I have extremely high arches and short Achilles tendons and have suffered with my feet for at least 20 years. The Moszkito Archy-Wedge meets my needs perfectly, and I have had relief this summer that even the best hand-crafted orthotics have not provided. I love this particular shoe, and, although it is pricey, I will continue to purchase as long as the company makes them.

There needs to be better communication regarding orders after imprints are recieved by you guys. I had no idea if you all got them or not and having never used your service before I thought I just gave away my money. Was frustrating because there is no one to contact either. Took 2 daqys to get a response.

Easy to use

Shopping from your site was easy but it costs me way more than getting my shoes from a Canadian site even though the Canadian dollar is on par/above the US dollar. I bought from your site because the sandals I wanted was sold out/hard to find.

The shoes (Moszkito Archy Crystal) we ordered were nice but the strap was connected to the bed over the arch which makes it painful to walk in. I tried walking in them for awhile to see if it would settle down and be comfortable but they are not useable for me. I'll have to give them away.

The order fulfillment was done well.
