They need to provide better service on the front end. We wound up returning our item are are awaiting confirmation that they will return the money.
The only problem with the order was something you and I have no control over - Customs. The order must have been held by Customs for at least a week. Too bad we have to deal with people who are on a power trip.
We were replacing a product we already owned. I found the same product on the website with ease. The checkout process was easy to navigate. Our order was delivered within just a few days.
I bought the Orthaheel slippers for my mom and she loves them. She has plantar fasciitis and the slippers make her feet feel so much better. Even though she has wider feet, the slippers are not at all tight. She compared the sole of the slipper to a Birkenstock-like feel. Overall two thumbs up!

There was a mix up with my order, and if I had followed up on it by contacting customer service several times, I probably would still be waiting on my shoes. The customer rep was very nice polite and helpful, but it still took contacting customer service several times before it was worked out.
