I love my Mt. Emey shoes. This is my 3rd pair and I appreciate finding a site on line I can order from instead of driving 120 miles to the nearest store that carries them.
Orthoticshop.com was great. Easy to purchase, fast shipping, and the only company (other than theshoppingchannel.com) that could actually get this product to me in Canada. The only thing I am disappointed in is the size. I had previously ordered a pair of Orthaheel slippers from theshoppingchannel.com, and had to return them because the size ran large. I am a size 7 shoe, but the slippers were more like an 8. So when I ordered these new Orthaheel slippers, a different style, from your store, I ordered a 6. Now they are too small, even with bare feet, and hurt the back of my heel when worn.
Is it possible to exchange them for a 7? What would the process be?
