My order experience was very positive. I would definitely order again.

The purchase was a fairly simple, and easy process. The delivery time was faster than the answer to the question about a tracking number. LOL... I am now standing all 9 hours of the cashier shift I work without ankle/heel pain. The Orthaheel Orthotics 3/4 length insoles have helped me a great deal... without them on my feet still hurt so I am wearing my shoes a lot more.;)Thanks.

I bought these shoes as a gift, and have not given them to the giftee yet. So it is therefore hard to give them a rating.

The slippers I chose should have been returned as they hurt my arch as soon as I put them on. I kept them because I needed them and thought as I wore them they would get better. So far, still hurt but I'm OK with everything else. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I was pleased with Orthoticshop. I ordered the shoes. I liked the shoes but they were too short. I were a size 15 normally but these were too short. I would have exchanged them for a larger size but you only go to size 15. I am disappointed. Please consider adding larger sizes. People with big feet need love, too.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Orthotics.com. I would definitely recommend them.

Spenco has always been my "go-to" brand for supporting my high arches. It's been a few years since I've bought them, and I find that the ones I used to buy are apparently no longer available. The supports I selected aren't quite high enough for me, and I've had to add a little more padding. They are better than any others I've been able to find,though.

No complaints about overall shopping experience. Would suggest adding more information on the website regarding any variations in the fit of different styles from the same brand.

Sort by price didn't work so was hard to search

For some reason, it is really difficult to find a good selection of orthopaedic products in Australia, online or offline. Orthoticshop.com sold the products that I was after for reasonable prices for products and shipping. They shipped them straight away, and I got them in no time.
