My boots have a little tic sound that comes from one of them when I walk. I don't want to send them back as I love them and I'm hoping that little sound goes away with time. Warm, roomy, look good. Room to tuck in my pant legs but very neat, no slop. I highly recommend them. Might get another pair in the beige tone.

I was so happy with my Orthaheel slippers that I wanted to purchase as a gift for my Mom.She has received them and is very happy with them.My only complaint is; it was hard for me to reach one of your customer service representatives in a timely manner, when I needed to.

I was a little confused when I received my order. I ordered 7.5 ww which is what the shoe box said. The shoes are marked 7 ww. When I tried them on they were perfect. Most comfortable shoes I have had for these problem feet. I don't know which size to order next time. Thank you for the comfort.
