I really love Vionics for their comfort and good quality, and I am willing to buy more shoes. The only issue is that you have very limited options for my size (10,5 W). I can rarely find what I really like. This specific pair of shoes was exactly what I was looking for. They were quite pricy, but I used my reward and a coupon. I am overall satisfied.

I like the sandals that I ordered but I'm not satisfied with them as the first pair that I ordered. I thought that I would like them better than the first pair but I don't. How can I return them because they don't fit like I am used to. I want to go back to the first pair that I ordered. Can you help me?
I have a lot of issues with my feet and had to have a plantar fasciitis release to help. Finding slippers to support my arches and give me some cushioning for comfort was difficult. However, I have only had your slippers for about a month and they are helping me with my pain level when walking and standing in the house. I like that the heal is slightly raised and has a definite cradle for the heal. The only slight disappointment was that I had hoped for a more cushioned felling or gel insert under the furry lining. This is a comfortable slipper and I would recommend it to friends.

Overall it was fine. I ordered three pair of sneakers knowing that I would return at least two pair. The problem is that one pair that I want to return came without a packing slip. Now I'm looking online for how to return them.
