First time shopping here! I am impressed with their wonderful customer service, and will definitely shop here again. While the quality of my sandals were excellent, the fit was not. It took one simple phone call, and I received an immediate refund and even free return postage. That's the way to run a company.

The shoes are comfortable, but next time I will look for a pair of shoes with more slip resistance.

Great product at a good price

I love the sandals. I took them on a trip to NYC and walked many miles a day. They are very comfortable. Delivery was quick and checkout was a snap.

I tried to order a different pair and the site threw me out

Site and shopping experience was great. The particular product I purchased isn't as comfortable as similar products from other brands. That's not to say these were flawed but I think my feet just respond better to some of the other brands that tout themselves as comfortable. They actually are whereas these are not so much. But the shopping experience was great. FedEx delivery. No complaints.

Cheaper, easy and the shipping information. Because the post office made a mistake and the shipping information I had help me get my package.

Order procedure was quick and efficient. Was unhappy with spiel about extra 10% discount t and then was ignored with excuses of why it was not granted. Delivery time was very quick. Would recommend that procedure to obtain discount be more clearly explained so it can be used by customer.
