Easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. The shoes were exactly as advertised... the sandals to need to be broken in on the over the toe area.

I didnt have to register and make up a password ---I was able to type in all billing and shipping info and place my order with ease

QFrom the date I ordered my shoes, until the date I received them was approximately 7 weeks. I think that was too long to have paid for an item and I wasn't sure I was ever going to receive them.

I am generally not comfortable with shopping for shoes without being able to try them on. However, because supportive shoes are not readily available in stores, I tried your catalog. I was very pleased with the quality and comfort of your shoes. I will not hesitate to order again because you are easy to correspond with and your shipping is timely.

Need more variety and more sizes in stock. I cannot wear thongs or sandles and there are very few choices in tie or slipon styles

These insoles are a good idea but not good on shoes you can't put under the shoe sole to hold them in place. Also having trouble using them as my 2 yr olds feet are puffy on top so add these to the shoe and I have trouble fitting her foot in. Not giving up trying different shoes.
